Hei Tämä on vastaus iGS-palveluun jättämääsi kysymykseen. Kysymys: miksi, kun sanoo "keksi jo" niin siihen tulee jjo jos kyse on keksimisestä ja pelkkä jo jos se on keksi? Vastaus: Kysymys oli vähän epäselvästi muotoiltu, mutta ymmärsin sen. Tässä on kyseessä niin sanottu loppuhenkonen. Virallisesti aspiraatio eli jäännöslopuke. Se on konsonaatin kahdennus, jota ei kirjoituksessa merkitä. Jäännöslopuke on nimensä mukaisesti jäännös suomen kielen vanhemmasta sananloppuisesta konsonantista. Jäännöslopuke ääntyy sanan lopussa seuraavan sanan alkukonsonantin kahdentumana. Se esiintyy erilaisissa yhteyksissä, mm. infinitiivin ja imperatiivin yhteydessä. Käskymuodosta on kyse kun käsketään keksimään: "Keksijjo!" Mutta jos on kyse keksistä, sanotaan "keksi jo". Keksi jo tuli syödyksi.
