Love is like a Rose,
Small at first, no thorns to prick,
A crush.
Then that rose blooms,
Big and beautiful, something to behold,
Something to cherish,
True love.
As a rose has its thorns, that bite,
And make you bleed;
Love has its pains,
And like the saying goes you can't have a Rainbow without the Rain...

Love is like a Stream,
Smooth and calm, only to become a huge raging river of grief and pain.
It starts out small, insignifagant,
Then grows, and soon runs out of your control...

Love is like a Gun,
Loaded and deadly, hand on the trigger,
Get ready, set, pull!
One false move and boom, just like that,
It's over...

Love is like a Pencil with no Eraser,
What is written cannot be erased, no matter how hard you try;
What is done, is done;
What is remembered can never be forgotten;
What happens, happens,
And there's nothing; no one who can change that...

Love...Love is like Life.
It has its' ups and downs,
But in the end it'll all work out;
It always does, and when you've healed,
You'll be stronger, wiser, and more confident,
