Juridical Outrage Continues. Bodström Must Resign!
After the raid against the Pirate Bay, Piratbyrån and almost 200 other servers, information suggesting pressure from American lobby organisations as well as the US government was the reason for the police action was released. Minister of justice Thomas Bodström immediately denied all knowledge of that kind of foreign influence.
This Tuesday however, Swedish public service TV have presented evidence that shows how, shortly before the raid, the US justice department threatened with trade sanctions via the WTO if Sweden doesn't act harder on Swedish file-sharing sites – that is, the Pirate Bay.
- This is no more than a farce-like juridical outrage featuring Thomas Bodström as the main character, says Tobias Andersson from Piratbyrån. - If he has a grain of decency and self respect left, we expect him to resign from his post.
The Pirate Bay is a file-sharing site using the Bittorrent technique. The technique itself is in no way illegal, which is why the Pirate Bay has not been shut down before. The complexity of the technique is also why Bittorrent hasn't had its legal status tried in the US.
- We demand all cards to be put on the table immediately, says Tobias Andersson. We won't tolerate this kind of fiddling, lies and foul play. It's an attack on freedom of speech!
Piratbyrån has not yet gotten its server back after the raid, although it was not an official target for the bust. The police remain silent, contradictory and refer to prosecutor Håkan Roswall for more information. Roswall on the other hand has not given Piratbyrån any answers.
- We're convinced that this raid against the servers was meant as sabotage against the Pirate Bay and Piratbyrån and not as a juridical case, says Tobias Andersson. - Obviously we are an uncomfortable part of the debate, but it's alarming that freedom of speech is not worth more for copyright crazed lobby organisations and legal authorities
Piratbyrån is forming a critique against copyright by operating as a think tank and information aggregator for issues concerning intellectual property, file sharing, piracy and other related topics. We pursue no activity that could be considered a violation of Swedish law.

Most people don't know this, but the bible actually ends with Vin Diesel showing up at the crucifixion with a pair of Uzi's and kicking some Roman ass. Vin Diesel was all like, "Jesus, I totally saved you." Then, off on the horizon, a bunch of Romans show up riding dinosaurs led by Mecha Pontious Pilate. Jesus busts out this sweet ninja sword and says, "Now it's my turn to save you." Then Jesus and Vin Diesel run towards the Romans in slow motion. That's how the bible ends. It's a cliff-hanger. I can't wait for the sequel, "The Bible 2: Water...Into Blood".

i'm back.
so i've been here now 2 days. today is the third.
well i've been on a massage, walked around the town... (my feet hurt!! but thankfully my father had the brain to call the taxi so that we didn't have to walk all the way back to the hotel.. -.-)
and i was on some weird upper back massage today... 0.o umm it was warm? i can't say anything more about it.
and yesterday i was on this weird... thing. i don't know what to call it.
and but i can't remember was it thursday i was on this amazing massage.. 17 years of back pain gone in 30 minutes... i was in heaven for one full day.
oh yeah and today.. we went walking to center of the town for like 2 houes, my feet went stiff. and we went to these 3 shops.. and bought few things...
so yeah. i've bought few souvenirs etc.. i'll write more about it later..
right now, i'm using the hotel's computer writing this thing. my father's sleeping in the hotel room.
i got to go wake him up in about half an hour when we have dinner...
and after about an hour after it we're going swimming....
so yeah. bysy busy...
and tomorrow we have only one spa treatment left and then we're going..
it's this "manual massage". i'm not quite sure what that means..
but i first had my prejudicesabou
only thing that sort of is in my mind is that i didn't get another cd to go with me.

I keep seeing these dreams.. even when my eyes are open.
Well, I've been seeing these dreams altogether for about a year now. But first it started with one. And then second one came...
The dreams mostly make me smile. But then there are really odd ones. The ones that make me scared to go back to sleep again.
Last night I saw another dream... and then... *sigh* it's difficult to explain.
It's extremely personal. ...And I keep thinking.. is she my alter ego or something?
Well, actually there's two persons. I know them. And for some reason I've chosen them to be in my dreams always.
They used to be two separate persons. And I was able to recognize them both.
It's different now.
I knew who they were and what kind of different relations and feelings I had with both of them, not getting confused.
But now, it seems as if my dream world is messing up with my reality.
And I know that it might be that everything.. that now is... won't be the same in the future.
So which one is it then? ..I don't even know which I hope it to be.

when I first created Ashley - remember, that was in fift grade... =) I remember I thought about these characters, they sort of inspired my mind to create them. So i don't know if they have some similar personality traits with them. if you need to picture them. This is will help I guess.

I remember when I first joined ET I had that story about Sarah and Ashley... And then I had this awful poetry written by me on my diary (I took everyone of them off, don't bother going to search it from my older entries :p).
The persons.. "Sarah" and "Ashley" are few of my favourite English names, so that's why I chose them to be the leading stars of my stories.
They... I have never really been able to write it into a decent story with a real plot line or anything.. but still, i keep dreaming. I don't want to write it. I'm not talented enough to write it. I feel like if I wrote about it I'd ruin it. Since they're in my dreams. I don't know how/don't want to change that.
All the happenings of the Untitled Ashley and Sarah Story are based on real life persons who I know... in real life or online..
And... I guess it's just me showing my side of things.
But.. I never want to write it into paper. I will never show it to anyone (Not even you, [Shatureel]. I'm sorry. Even though I once have said something of the kind.)
It's just too personal.
