With summer break here, one would think I'd have more free time. Apparently I do have more time, because my art output has increased dramatically. On the other hand, I feel like I've doubled my sleeping time, and it feels unhealthy. But I have at last gained some insight on the process of falling asleep and dreaming o.O  I've always been curious as to what it felt like to fall asleep, because I could never remember when I woke up! But this morning, I kinda slept in a while (my whole family was up until 1 AM watching Bicentennial Man).

It wasn't the sort of thing where I just didn't wake up until twelve, though. I woke around eightish, but stayed in bed, because I wasn't really awake yet. I can recall turning over in my bed to get more comfortable, so I was definitely concious at the time. Then I fell asleep again, for maybe ten minutes, then woke up. Repeat process for about half an hour. The dream was continuous, despite the interspersed waking ups. At one point, I remember thinking, "Darn, the dream was good!" and kinda willed myself to fall back asleep simply by recalling the dream. So now I know. :P

I do so enjoy some types of dreams, too. The ones that are really vivid, and usually first person. If they stick with me after I wake up, even only vaguely, it's really neat. I wish I had a dream-recorder. I'd make the coolest psychological analyses of myself :D

Because teh iippo did it (whenever she posts these, I inevitably do them!):

Naturally, I took my FF best list. They don't have lyrics, of course, so it'll probably be of little to no interest to most people :P

Opening credits:
Dance with the Balamb Fish - FF IX
Ugh. I don't even like this piece. Not the opening type, either.

Waking up:
Encounter - Advent Children
XD Nice beats, but a bit too energetic for getting up in the morning.

Average day:
Auron's Theme - FF X
Woot, average day = Auron! Can't ask for better than that, really. I actually had it set for my alarm in the morning for a month or two.

First date:
Rikku's Theme, Piano - FF X
Well, that's easy going enough, Rikku being the most friendly, happy person in the game.

Falling in love:
Organization XIII - Kingdom Hearts
That's... Depressing. It's a beautiful piano song, but the Organization is made up of non-existing entities grasping at existance.

Fight scene:
No Faith, No Hope
>.> This playlist doesn't like me much, does it? Doomed at love, and hopeless in a fight. Though the song kinda sounds like I'll trudge along in the fight, and maybe win.

Breaking up:
Vala Alla Flemenco - FF IX
Sounds a bit happy for a break up... Sounds more like, Matadore music :P

Getting back together:
You're Not Alone! - FF IX
Well, this is friendly, at least :)

Secret love:
Wall of the Sacred Beasts - FF IX
Gosh, sounds almost like I'm worshipping the girl :P

Life's okay:
My Den - Crystal Chronicles
Heh, the mogs live comfortably enough.

Mental breakdown:
Love Grows - FF VIII
Pfft. I break down and find a girlfriend? Yeah right :P
>.> Well, maybe half true.

Driving:
Garnet's Theme - FF IX
Er. Totally innaplicable.

Deep thought:
Twilight in Dreamland - Crystal Chronicles
:D Perfect thinking music. Daydreaming all the way.

Flashback:
Fighting - FF VII
Apparently I have a violent memory. Kinda half true, too.

Partying:
The Mystic Forest, Piano - FF VI
Er, not really. The least party-ish music at all. Much better suited to Deep Thinking. But I guess it's true, in the sense that I don't party, so my party stuff is kinda toned down :P

Happy dance:
Shadow's Theme - FF VI
This amuses me. Shadow isn't exactly the happy or dancing type. But he is cool, and if he were to dance, it'd look neat. I guess my happy dance is kinda chilling in the back, leaning up against a wall, and looking uber.

Regretting:
Fairy Battle - FF IX
Gimme a break >.> Happiest, lighthearted music ever, even for a battle. Apparently I regret enjoying life.

Long night alone:
Yuna's Theme - FF X
Bittersweet type of music. Yuna's story is strangely lonely, so I suppose it's fitting.

Death scene:
The Mist's Rebirth - FF IX
Heh, apparently I will be reincarnated evil. Not exactly death music, either. It's kinda sneaky-like and unstoppable. Almost like, "You can't kill me" type thing.

Closing credits:
Passion - Kingdom Hearts II
I'm glad they got my closing right, at least. Even if it was the opening version of Passion. They slightly edited to make it a closing version later. The song's English version is called Sanctuary, and hints at a place where we can leave our fears and lies behind. How fitting, for the close of my life :)

>.> I almost want to have a second round at this, it messed up so frequently :P

>.<
Being 'realistic' tends to make one cynical, over time. I think that there's more to life than being realistic, and arguementative, and disagreeable. You don't always have to be right, or realistic, or better than everyone else. It'd be nice once in a while to forget about being correct, and instead be quixotic, imaginitive, and happy. Fancy that, being happy? What's more, happy without insulting, putting down, or standing on someone else. Elftown's made me sort of arrogant, I think, far more than necessary. Why can't I just let idiots and fools be themselves, if that makes them happy, rather than discussing how idiotic they are, making me a worse person too? :\

I actually made an animation in Terragen. It took about two hours to render, I think. 1300 frames, 24 frames per second, small frame size. People with slow connections might not have fun waiting for it to load :\

School is out.

And as of Monday, I have acquired more rendering freeware, this time quite seperate from Terragen. It's Apophysis, and rather interesting. I think I told Silvie that it's cool, useless, and interesting. It supposedly renders flames, but it does all sorts of cool stuff that generally resembles multicolored energy floating around. Kinda like the Aurora Borealis, I think. Aaaanyways, I did a 'dragon' with it, but it's not supposed to render shapes like that. I'll thumbnail two things I've done with it.

Anyone doesn't want children to die in Iraq and Palestine..

NO WAR!

o.o How dense?
I was checking out the linkage for the community sites by Hedda on the Mainstreet poll. On the MusMakers wiki, I found this snippet of conversation, regarding joining MusMakers:

2005-12-29 chaza1: hi all can i join

2006-02-21 Hard Ball Head: musmakers rules \m/ ...and elftown...and elfpack...and the others too!

2006-02-22 chaza1: erm i dont have a clue as to what you just said

Perhaps, if you read the comment, you'd have a clue. It's not like he used any large words... He even put it into non-capital-ese o.O

Sister: omg ( crying )

Aaaanyways. Taking AP test tomorrow. Hardest test I'll take this year, and it determines what kind of college credit I get for my class this year in US History. Coach King says I'm headed straight for a 5, but I still need to prepare for the essays :P
What this means to you ET peoples is that I'll be out for a while tomorrow, and then I'll finish up a bit of schoolwork, and it's RP Judgery time! Finally :P Been what, four months since tourney closed? >.<!!

O.o MSN has a conciousness. Watch as it blocks out all attempts at me trying to ask about Silvie's water-materialism problem of yesterday:

DeathScythe Hell says:
actually, atm, I'm busy w/ biology coursework :P
Caleb says:
heh. Ever get that water thing figured out?
DeathScythe Hell says:
I had to calculate the volume of 120+ limpets
DeathScythe Hell says:
do a bunch of averages on them, and then do spearman's rank on two sets of 60. (so the whole thing twice)
DeathScythe Hell says:
w00t
DeathScythe Hell says:
<3's t3h limpets
Caleb says:
er, I'm lost, and I doubt a map could help me out there :P
Caleb says:
Dunno what a limpet is, or how/what to calculate, or what a spearmen's rank is, and what kind of set you're talking about. So, I think I got just the wrod 'calculate', the articles, and the word w00t, from that :P
DeathScythe Hell says:
...
DeathScythe Hell says:
you don't know what a limpet is?
DeathScythe Hell says:
wtf?
DeathScythe Hell says:
http://www.scsc.k12.ar.us/2001Outwest/PacificEcology/Projects/ThrowerE/Limpet-007f.jpg
DeathScythe Hell says:
limpet.
Caleb says:
Heh, I recall on a sci-fi game that they were green monsters that attacked ships and slowed them down majorly.
DeathScythe Hell says:
(and, no, not the crab :P )
Caleb says:
What about the water-materialism thing? Was your teacher able to enlighten us as to that topic?

The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:
heh. Ever get that water thing figured out?

The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:
What about the water-materialism thing? Was your teacher able t...

What about the few messages in between? Those could be delivered? And convenient that MSN only told me that they couldn't be delivered until Silvie logged off. MSN hates me :P

Saw that inkblot test from iippo's diary, so I did it out of procrastination (still have to find that physics source!). Results are more accurate than most of the tests I take, but I'm not so sure about this one either. Some of it's right, the rest I don't know about yet.

Your Unconscious Mind Is Most Driven by Love.
Love

Your instinct to love and be loved is rooted very deeply in your subconscious and affects most of the decisions you make in life – whether you are aware of it or not. You inspire people to experience their true feelings of love and act kindly towards others. You also value your personal relationships more than most people.

Your unique capacity to love may be greater than those around you, which means you may have more to give in relationships than your friends or romantic partners do. Your psyche is very rich; the more you learn about it, the more you will understand who you really are...

Thoughts on "If you had me alone, locked up in your room for 24 hours, and I had to do whatever you wanted me to do, what would you do with me?":
Wtf are we supposed to say to that? What is anyone going to do with someone for 24 hours in the same room? There's no mention of any other sorts of games in the room. It's like they're going for one answer and one answer only, and it drives me up the wall :P

:( All my video players keep breaking. None of them play a whole, clear image anymore. And I have no clue why this is.

o.O And on a later note, I run across a house that has the whole '96% don't stand up for God' thing in huge, red letters. And later, I see a) a huged "support gay marraige" thing, and b) a pic of the person with only shorts and a bra on, asking how she looked.
I have to wonder exactly how this person is standing up for God -.-

Heh, we were on speaking terms after a fight, then iippo commenteth:
09:43:46 iippo: You just gotsa love the internet: four frigging pages of comments about nerds tryign to prove that they are nerdier than the other ones. ("Oo look at me, I have read a book that doesn't have any pictures in it!! My mom gave me a cookie for it!!") This nerdyness-thing naturlich doesn't apply to Aradon, kayne, dela nor Silvie. (nor deus since he's obviously tEh coolness, nor peggy since she's far past nerd-age already, even though neither of them took part in the conversation). And funny me, I thought I told [The Color Megan] to leave. I agree with kayne, rules haven't changed. Random plarghs will be pwned and sent outta here. *fingers itch at the delete buttons*

I did some more random 'googlisms' today. Google doesn't know about Aradon or iippo yet. Templar was a thing that used psionic storm while the Archon took out the drones. Silvie was a big girl at thirteen pounds, among other things. But Deus. Man. Some entries for Deus:

deus is a gift from god
deus is not god
deus is potentially a false god
deus is like "my sister=my clock"
deus is a very sacred and powerful energy system that originates from the central rainforest of brazil
deus is an experience that is like reading a choose your own adventure novel
deus is definitely a must have
deus is one hell off a game
deus is touring? this is the place
deus is one of them
deus is resurrected
deus is right
deus is not really two syllables
