evah jane, your body's telling you to Exercise More
Taking it easy is nice. No argument there. A mellow and easy-going person like you is probably well versed in the art of relaxation. Stressing less is important, but your body also needs to get the blood flowing on a regular basis.
We're not saying you need to start training for a marathon. There are some easy steps you can take to get in some exercise. Instead of taking the elevator, go for the stairs. Park your car farther away from the stores to get a walk in. So what if sweat messes up your hair? It's good for you. Just make sure you stay hydrated, eat right, and get plenty of antioxidants. Now get to it!

[A girl and a guy were speeding over 100mph on the road.
Girl* Slow down! Im scared!
Guy* No this is fun.
Girl* No its not! Please its too scary!
Guy* Then tell me you love me.
Girl* Fine. I love you!! Now please, slow down!
Guy* Now give me a BIG hug!
*Girl hugs him*
Guy* Can u take my helmet off & put it on? Its buggin me.-
- In the paper the next day a motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it but only one surivied. The truth was that half way down the road, the guy realizes his breaks broke. He didnt want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug one last time. Then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.]

The Tell Tale Heart
Truel-nervous-
It is impossible to say how 1st the idea entered my brain; but, 1nce conceived, it haunted me day & night. object there was none. passion there was none. i loved the old man. he had never wronged me, my blood ran cold; and so by degrees--very gradually-i made up my mind 2 take the life of the old man, and thus rid myself of the eye 4 ever.
