Just finished my term paper for the spring term part of Introduction to Literature in English. Wrote it all today, and it's probably crap, but at least it's done. It's on Thomas Hardy's "The Darkling Thrush". Lovely poem. Yous should read it.

I am now officially lying to her about my feelings :D
Apparently, I rock. <3
Outstanding! This is a really well worked out essay. You display great flair and imagination in your response to the essay title. Your sources are good, your observations are pithy and relevant. You have a bright future as a writer.

Last diary note from me today, promise!
I just felt like sharing this with you, no matter how trivial: I'm teaching a cute freshman girl how to IRC. :3
Weird dream last night. I forget most of it, but the ending stuck in my mind, as well as the fact that it was in some kind of steampunk-ish setting. I'd just been part of a barely successful rescue operation - a girl captured in some kind of maze-like dungeon - and then we go to another room, somehow dispose of a monster (whose appearance I can't recall, either) and all is well... except that then my friends turn out to be non-human beings that gather placenta for some weird purpose. Dream me doesn't even blink, simply states that her placenta might not be good for anyone. At which the other is all 'That doesn't really matter, we have ways of getting around that. You silly humans, how long is it going to take for you to develop' and dream-me places the estimate at a couple of centuries. The other is exasperated.
I suppose it doesn't sound quite as peculiar when told this way, but... yeah. I have weird dreams. :P
(Also: The dream was in English. I find this interesting.)
I adore this smiley.
Sometimes, I really hate people. For the smallest of reasons. This usually happens when I am tired... okay, well, being tired is the normal state of affairs for me, but anyway. There are levels. Bloody humanity as a whole begins to feel like a huge annoyance.
Yeah, I think I should head to bed. Cranky-Lami is no fun, unless you happen to derive amusement out of general snippiness aimed at various idiots of the race.
