<img550*0:stuff/ABFountains1.jpg>

This is the fountain outside of Alan Berry Building, in Cathedral Square in Coventry. My everyday sport is to run through it when on my way to uni, when the fountain is on (it isn't always). ^'^ I love it.

A LAST TIME FOR EVERYTHING
Last book you read: I'm A Believer by Can'tRemember (he/she/it has written so many books, I'm sure you have read them too. ;-) ) and partly Harpo Speaks! By Harpo.
Last movie you saw: Kal Ho Naa Ho in full, Seven Samurai half-way, or better make it onethird-way
Last song you heard: Heeyyy, how creepy, it's the same answer as first question! I'm a Believer by Monkees in the charity-shop...
Last thing you had to drink: Water
Last time you showered: These things are getting personal! ;-) Ahem... Yesterday, must have been, because hair is silky and uncontrollable today. Yes. Yesterday morning.
Last thing you ate: A Mars-bar. How sad.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU
Smiled: Come on! Must have been like seconds ago! I smile all the time!
Laughed: Goes along with the smiling thing.
Cried: Last night when watching Kal Ho Naa Ho. That movie is such a sob-fest... Y_Y But I love it!
Bought something: Today these really wicked cool shoes from a second-hand shop.
Danced: I don't dance per se, I jiggle in the shops when music is playing. That was today.
Were sarcastic: In fact, I'm trying to cut back.
Kissed someone: Yesterday night, before parting with darling.
Talked to an ex: Oddly enough he called Sunday-night after two months of silence. :-)
Watched your favourite movie: Kal Ho Naa Ho will stand here, although the ultimate favourite is one of the Marx-brothers films, which I haven't seen since last autumn.
Had a nightmare: Hmm, long time ago. I enjoy dreams mostly. Must have been before last autumn as well, because I haven't had nightmare's in England.
Had sex: Do I look like a person who tells? Pfft.

THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS

ANGER
1. Who did you last get angry with? Ex-boyfriend when we broke up. No, I don't get angry very often. Only slightly annoyed with my roommate occasionally... ^'^;;
2. What is your weapon of choice? The spatula
3. Would you hit a member of the opposite sex? Of course I do. I'm not gay. :P
4. How about of the same sex? Sure, bring it on bitch! :P
5. Who was the last person who got really angry at you? May be roommate but she didn't tell, or my boyfriend, but he is more like a fire-cracker, goes up and then off just as fast (when he gets angry, not in that other sense ¬_¬;)
6. What is your pet peeve? *doesn't really understand question* *checks dictionary* Ah, I see. My silence annoys darling, but that's nto my fault. Arrogance online, although I'm a mild case compared to some. Aaaand... general looking-after-self-only annoys my housemates.
7. Do you keep grudges, or can you let them go easily? Both. I mean, come on, it is such a cute grudge, can't I keep him a bit longer? O'o

SLOTH
1. What is one thing you're supposed to do daily that you haven't done in a long time? Want a list? Make bed, keep room tidy, cook proper meal, write in ET-diary (not this one, the other one), e-mail family and friends...
2. What is the latest you've ever woken up? Purely wakingly-talking, 2pm, but seriously getting out of bed: 6 pm.
3. Name a person you've been meaning to contact, but haven't? Some Finnish family-friends, Lilli, the medical centre :P
4. What is the last lame excuse you made? Lame excuse? Mmm... I dunno, I used 'there's nothing to do there' as an excuse not to go home...
5. Have you ever watched an infomercial all the way through? I have, in the upstairs of the double-decker.
6. How many times did you hit the snooze button on your alarm clock today? I didn't have the alarm today. But usually I press just once.

GLUTTONY
1. What is your overpriced yuppie beverage of choice? I'm not so much into drinking, what gets closest is a vodka mudslap.
2. Meat eaters: white meat or red meat? As long as I don't have to cook it, I'll eat it.
3. What is the greatest amount of alcohol you've had in one sitting/outing/event? Two glasses of wine
4. Have you ever used a professional diet company? No, and what's with these questions?? Are you suggesting that I'm over-weight?? Why is everyone suggesting I'm overweight?? :P :P
5. Do you have an issue with your weight? No, the above rantage is a joke. I'm slim enough.
6. Do you prefer sweets, salty foods, or spicy foods? Sweets in snacks, salty in proper food, spicy occasionally, I mean, I have to, I hang out with indians so much.
7. Have you ever looked at a small housepet or child and thought "Food!"? No.

LUST
1. How many people have you seen naked (not counting movies/family)? Completely naked? One, and I'm not counting my roommate, she is family.
2. How many people have seen YOU naked (not counting physicians/family)? Two, out of which one I'm not happy with.
3. Have you ever caught yourself staring at the chest/crotch of a member of your gender of choice during a normal conversation? Come on, I stare everybody in the chest or grotch or ass. Sometimes during conversation, most of the time not.
4. Have you "done it"? If you can't say "have sex" you shouldn't have it. I have.
5. What is your favorite body part on a person of your gender of choice? Upper lip when he has shaved is my favourite part to play with. To look at is the upper-body/hips.
6. Have you ever been propositioned by a prostitute? No
7. Have you ever had to get tested for an STD ? No.

GREED
1. How many credit cards do you own? Hmm, Visa-E isn't credit, is it? No, it's debit. So nil.
2. What's your guilty pleasure store? Mwahahah, Oasis in B'ham!
3. If you had $1 million, what would you do with it? I would exchange it to euros or pounds and go travelling like crazy (but save some for next years' tuition.
4. Would you rather be rich, or famous? Rich.
5. Would you accept a boring job if it meant you would make megabucks? Yes, because I am cabable of making any job interesting, and if not, then at least I could fun myself with the dough. :P
6. Have you ever stolen anything? Yes.
7. How many MP3s are on your hard drive? Quite a few in roommate's lappie, which I transferred to a CD... Don't know exact amount.

PRIDE
1. What one thing have you done that you're most proud of? Came to England to study
2. What one thing have you done that your parents are most proud of? Matriculation Examination?
3. What thing would you like to accomplish in your life? Become a recognised artist.
4. Do you get annoyed by coming in second place? No. It's better than most other places.
5. Have you ever entered a contest of skill, knowing you were of much higher skill than all the other competitors? Don't think so.
6. Have you ever cheated on something to get a higher score? Yes.
7. What did you do today that you're proud of? Went to the medical centre on my own (but it was closed actually)

ENVY
1. What item (or person) of your friends would you most want to have for your own? Roommate's laptop
2. Who would you want to go on "Trading Spaces" with? My usual answer here is Mrs. Ajay Devgan, so that would be Kajol.
3. If you could be anyone else in the world, who would you be? Harpo Marx.
4. Have you ever been cheated on? No.
5. Have you ever wished you had a physical feature different from your own? I used to, then I had surgery.
6. What inborn trait do you see in others that you wish you had for yourself? Hmm, I dunno. Fluency in another language?
7. Do you wish you'd come up with this survey? Bloody hell do I? It's uber.

8. Finally, what is your favorite deadly sin? Pride

I think I will go shoot someone now.

I was drawing this really uber thingie (early sketch seen in iippo's NEW cartoon style) on bakaneko oekaki-site. Then, as I was intending to zoom it back up, I accidentally pressed the link to some f00king messageboard instead of the zoom. I noticed my mistake and pressed stop but it was too late. It changed the page and the drawing I had been working with for hours was gone. Forever. It ceased to be, started to push daisies, it became, in fact, an ex-parrot- I mean drawing.

Now is the time to scream in frustration.

If you came here through a link from 'New Diary-notes', then scroll down - there is a notice to my friends.

Here is thingie I found.

[what do you want to be when you grow up?] : Artist. And married. And a mother (maybe, if I can take that pregnancy-thing).

[which famous person would you marry, and why?] : Ajay Devgan. But I wouldn't say no to Aishwarya Rai :P

[what is your drug of choice?] : Caffeine or me

[what is your weapon of choice?] : Internet-pwnage. Well, samurai-swords look uber now too, but I think when it came down to it, I'd go for the spatula.

[with which fictional character do you most identify?] : I'd say Paro from Devdas but I don't think she is fictional *recalls that film being called a true-story* Gah! Harpo Marx! I know he isn't fictional, but he pwns enough to be said this.

[if you could swap lives with anyone for a day, who would it be?] : Mrs. Ajay Devgan? :P (That would be Kajol - but then again, I would go to Kajol's work and act and dance and stuff... so maybe not). Harpo pretty much goes in here too, as long as I'd get Harpo a la Roaring Twenties.

[what are your best personality traits?] : My interest in every possible imaginable thing. I am a captivated audience to anything

[what are your worst personality traits?] : Shyness in RL at least.

[what are your best physical features?] : Legs

[what are your worst physical features?] : Tummy, although darling compliments me on it often.

[the last five things you bought] : Dark Chocolate Brazil Nuts, 5 Blank DVDs, Belgian Chocolates (Guyliani's seashells!), ahem what else... bus ticket... aand... food?

[what is your favourite word?] : uber

[what are you listening to right now?] : Silsila Yeh Chaahat Hai from Devdas, I'm playing my study-album on musicindiaonline.com

[favourite writer] : Pratchett, Dahl are the ones that come to mind right now.

[favourite book] : Harpo Speaks! by Harpo Marx

[favourite movie] : Anything by Marx-brothers or Miyazaki. Fight Club is also uber.

[pet hates] : Junkies, cold room in the morning, bad coffee, periods

[are you in love?] : So muchly.

PERSONAL STANCE ON:
Homosexuality: No different from heterosexuality, bisexuality or metrosexuality: what makes you tick is your business, if it's love, it's all right.
Abortion: A woman's right to choose - although it is her own fault (rape victims aside) she's knocked up. Never see this happening to me.
Religion: Human's way of avoidingthe fact that randomness rules the universe. Nothing happens for a good reason.
Eating disorders: a disease, sickness, heath problem that people need help to. Get help.
Animal rights: Animals right to live, be healthy and have no suffering. Humans are the only ones who break these rights.
Love at first sight: possible, has happened to me.
God: creation and creator.
Marilyn Manson: attention-seeker
Guy bands: way to make money. Have no artistical value
Spice girls: so old already, who remembers them?
Premarital sex: everyone's own choice, though true love waits.
Titanic: A horrid disaster in the history of seafaring
Jerry Springer: some guy who goes away if you turn off the TV
Suicide: Wrong way out.
Self mutilation: attention seeking.
Dreams: legal drugs without addiction
Aliens: "Hope there's some intelligent life out in the universe coz there's bugger off down here on earth"
Horoscopes: Star signs? Imagination but bemusing.
Hell: State of mind
Transvestites: A way of life, no less humans than anybody
Pop music: A gathering of musical notation formed into an easy-to-like, hummable form to make money
Rap: Originally a way to escape grim reality of a dangerous ghetto, novadays just another form of pop music.
80's music: Different styles of music composed and performed during the 1980-decade. People think it has a distinguished sound, which is like saying everyone who lived in the 80's were perfectly alike.
Punk: Another way of escaping the grim reality, a form of rebellion. Filthiness is its trademark, you have to be a certain sort of person to like punk.

It has been a year since I wrote this personal stance -list thingie... time to upload my stances. And let's see how my opinions have changed.

PERSONAL STANCE ON:
Homosexuality: People's private matter, not an option. God loves them as well, so don't pull that "Bible hates gays" stuff here...
Abortion: Murder.
Religion: A way to find peace and meaning in life.
Eating disorders: Diseases if the person really has it, but if they use it to get attention (i.e. say that they have bulimia to get attention) well, then it's just sad and n00by and they need a good kick in the hiney, because there is nothing cool in eating disorders, just like there is nothing cool in syphilis, AIDS or gout. Roundness is pretty! W00t!
Animal rights: Trying to keep humans from mistreating animals, which they do too often. The fact is, pets are a part of our society, they are citizens (kind of) and wild animals can't defend themselves agains human brutality in a fair fight, so morally conscious people need to do it for them. The Earth wasn't given to men to be exploited but looked after, and we are doing a crummy job...
Love at first sight: That would be lust. Love is a seed that grows. First it is a small flame, a crush, then it will evolve in to a burnign passion.
God: The Creator of Everything, the Heavenly Father to whom our souls long to go to.
Marilyn Manson: Some dude.
Guy bands: Music. Not composed by the singers.
Spice girls: The face of that weird movement of Girl Power... I didn't care for that muchly, feminists scare me.
Premarital sex: No thanks. If you must... well then, just keep it out of my face or I will call you a whore a little ^.^
Titanic: My boyfriend's favourite movie... ^_^;; Therefore it's a good film
Jerry Springer: Some Dude, not as uber as Conan O'Brien (I don't even know if they are in the same league or something)
Suicide: Wrong. You'll go to hell for that. Well, at least you won't go to heaven. Life is a gift of God and you will insult Him if you don't appreciate it.
Self mutilation: Stupid. It is those angsty attention-seeking teens that do that and they all suck, let's keek them!
Dreams: Beautiful (unless you are in a troubled state of mind, when they can be the worst thing). But mostly a source of great imagination, it is while dreaming that humankind reaches it's greatest achievements.
Aliens: Fairly likely that they exist somewhere, but they will never get their asses (assuming they have those) over here - unless of course they are built of something else than this matter that we are built of, or if they are never-dying... hmm...
Horoscopes: Ancient art of telling the truth long forgotten. Those thingies in the papers these days is a hoax.
Hell: Not sure. Let's just say it's the first part of Dante's Divina Commedia, which is great poetry.
Transvestites: People who dress as other people? :P Meh, I'm very intrigued by them.
Pop music: Fun.
Rap: Annoying
80's music: Cool.
Punk: Olde Punke was uber, the modern punk is a bit... iffy. Some today-punks manage to do some uber stuff, but then there are those annoying things that sing of shagging girls and drinking... Punke used to mean something, dammit!

"I am sorry for my own generation, which is empty of all human substance; having known nothing but liquor, mathematics, and sprots cars in the way of spiritual life, it has become completely gregarious and devoid of all character.

A century of advertising, mass production, totalitarian regimes, armies which go into battle with no flags flying and hold no masses for the dead. I hate my period with all my being, for in it mankind is dying of thirst...

Give us back spiritual purpose, spiritual disquiet. Give us something as refreshing as Gregorian chant. Were I a believer, I should certainly find Solesmes a vast improvement over this workaday world. It is no longer possible to live by electric refridgerators, politics, financial statements, and crossword puzzles! It just isn't. Nor is it possible to live without poetry, colour, love...

I have the impression that we are moving into the world's blackest time."

This is a temporary password for Elftown. It will only work
one time so be sure to set a new password (And remember it
this time!) by going to 'Your House'->'update personal
data'.
If you haven't requested this message, don't worry! It's
just someone else that has typed your username instead of
their own. Maybe because they didn't remember their own
username correctly. Your ordinary Elftown password still
works just fine!

Don't worry?!?!? Someone is trying to get into my account and I shouldn't worry?!! Of the fucking course I worry, I'm paranoid enough as it is without someone trying to hack into my account! Didn't remember their username correctly... Bullshit, no one's username reminds mine! >:( I really hate people now.

HOW WOULD THE BIBLE BE DIFFERENT WERE IT WRITTEN BY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS:

10. Last Supper would have been eaten the next morning - cold.
9. The Ten Commandments are actually only five, double-spaced, and written in a large font.
8. New edition every two years in order to limit reselling.
7. Forbidden fruit would have been eaten because it wasn t cafeteria food.
6. Paul s letter to the Romans becomes Paul`s e-mail to abuse@romans.gov.
5. Reason Cain killed Abel: They were roommates.
4. The place where the end of the world occurs: Finals, not Armageddon.
3. Out go the mules, in come the mountain bikes.
2. Reason why Moses and followers walked in desert for 40 years: They didn`t want to ask directions and look like freshmen.
1. Instead of God creating the world in six days and resting on the seventh, He would have put it off until the night before it was due and then pulled an all-nighter.

Are you?:

Doing another one of these questionnaires so you can go *neener* at [iippo]?: Unfortunately not, I am being neenered at... >.o

Understanding: Yes, in all meanings of the word (sometimes you need more time with the explaining shite, but otherwise yes)
Open-minded: Mostly... I'll try, maybe, everything, or not, if it's really weird and then I'll regret not trying so uhh...
Arrogant: I try to, but I don't over-do it like some people
Insecure: Obviously, and I'm happy to be so, I don't want to be over-confident, that way you miss out on a lot of shite.
Interesting: Yes, deffinately.
Hungry: Oh yes, bloody hell. I wish I didn't have to do this thing so I could go home and eat.
Friendly: Yes. Too much at occasions.
Smart: *thinks what has been doing the past week* *has been studying physics although is on a fine art course, i.e. is doing it out of curiosity* Yes, I am smart.
Moody: I have one mood, does that count?
Childish: Yes! ^_^ *loves 'The Entertainer'*
Independent: Mmm, if left completely alone, I'm good, but if I have to be independent and take care of someone else('s business), I tend to mess up... I can't multitask
Hard working: Yes, well, occasionally.
Organized: Heh, umm, no.
Healthy: No, well, yes I'm not sick or anything, but I'm eating unhealthily...
Emotionally Stable: Absolutely.
Shy: Yes, verily.
Difficult: No, very simple.
Attractive: So I've been told. And I think so too so yes.
Bored Easily: No, never, au contraire, I'm easily amused.
Thirsty: No... just starving.
Responsible: Ahh.... learning it.
Obsessed: With some stuff, yes.
Angry: Rarely.
Sad: Sometimes. If I focus on saddening things.
Happy: Most of the time.
Trusting: I really really do try, honestly. I trust God, but the people he works through... well, I need a bit more time.
Talkative: No.
Original: Hmm, my teacher said that the way for a young artist to be original is to read outside the box and that is exactly what I've been doing all along.
Different: No, the same decaying organic matter as everything else.
Unique: "You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake"... Well, there you have it.
Ignored: Yes, but that's because I avoid attracting attention (although I sometimes hideously fail at that)
Reliable: Yes.
Content: "Let me never be content!"
Optimistic: Always
Deep thinker: Yes, although not as much as some people I know.
Self-disciplined: Yes, when needed, but I don't torture myself in the name of self-discipline.

I see: French people snogging o.O
I need: to study. or eat a bit
I find: my thumb to be very sore because I keep tearing the skin... >.<
I want: to have the bed for myself tonight
I have: not had the bed for myself for some time now
I wish: that the uni wouldn't want me to pay tuition at all
I love: my dear darling
I hate: nothing.
I miss: my mum's food, my dog and some other stuff from Finland
I fear: that uni blocks me and kicks me out of my accommodation and this country.
I feel: that I'm very lucky that the uni hasn't done that yet.
I hear: clicking and muttering... it is the french people with computers! run for your wife!
I smell: nothing because I have a stuffy nose >.<
I crave: to un-stuff my nose, but it is impossiible.
I search: the solution to my stuffy nose, and also information about quantum physics, the general theory of relativity and quarks on the internet
I wonder: Is there anything smaller than quarks, what makes electro-magnetism, why is there more matter than anti-matter, why doesn't the universe collapse together,
I regret: not working hard with my math when I had the chance in high school, but I blame the teacher, she couldn't keep the class.
