Today I scanned in a picture, smoothened it out in PhotoShop, copied from it little pieces which I then pasted as separate layers (still on Photoshop) on their correct places, copied those separate little pieces from those separate PhotoShop-layers into Flash library, assigned those library-graphics into movie-clips as intances, fucked around in Flash trying to put instances of the movieclips into my scene, found out that against all my calculations, my movieclip graphics were too large, went back to the original Photoshop-file to find out that some pixels had indeed been copied twice, had to go through all the image in Photoshop and erase duplicated pixels, and in the end I erased all the faulty graphics from Flash... At that moment, when I confirmed the deletion of 64 graphic-files, I lost my mind.

>.<

I... hate... I don't even know what I hate. There's nothing to blame on this fuck up except me. I should have cut instead of copied, that way no pixel that was copied before, would have been available for cutting for the next one, and no duplication would have happened.

If I would be someone else, I'd kill myself for the sheer stupidity.

Also, how generalising is this image? XD

<img:http://elftown.lysator.liu.se/img/drawing/70240_1089756014.jpg>

"No goth is like this, stop thinking so!"
And what about the goths who are like that? They are being generalised. Boo!

Another one of these "post this if..." -things. If a girl posts it, it's "I want a guy who's like this" and if a guy it should be "I'd do this":

While I hold your hand, I'll play with your fingers.
Tickle you & make you laugh.
Kiss you.
And not only kiss you on the lips, but kiss you on the cheek and forehead too.
Hold you by the waist.
Hug you while I'm behind you and rest my head on your shoulder.
Whisper I love you in your ear.
Tell you you're beautiful.
Look you in the eyes and smile when I'm thinking.
Tell you I never want to let you go.

What I don't understand why these emo-girls think they're such precious princesses that guys should treat them this way if she doesn't treat him the same. I'm fairly sure that a guy would enjoy this stuff just as much (mine does). And remember the saying "what you give is what you get"...? Maybe I'm getting close to a scientific discovery to WHY emos are always so depressed: the girl-emos expect a guy to treat them like a princess, (while she's probably behaving like a stuck-up little princess herself); and guy-emos don't treat the princess right because he isn't getting any similar treatment back.
o.O

[96% OF TEENS WON'T STAND UP FOR GOD...
REPOST THiS iF YOU'RE ONE OF THE 4% WHO WiLL
]

Ehm, God is omnipotent, yes? So He doesn't need anyone to stand up for Him, he can fight for Himself, I should think so. He can smite His enemies on His own ways like drown the lot of them in a huge flood, or send locusts and frogs and killing their kettle and then all their first-born sons...

Just a strange thought that occurred to me, not to be taken seriously.

I stopped my exporting diary -experiment because I prefer to have me exported and I don't really care passionately enough about it to keep it up. But I wasn't convinced thatthe diary-link would become a broken link even if exporting is stopped (like the house does immediately). New stuff may not be found in Google but the link straight to the diary seems to remain.

They've gone and added me to another forum >_>
And I obviously have to read through it (because I'm a nosy tit as well as a wiki whore perfectionist in the forums as well...). And I have to again read some drama of events that bothered me greatly when they happened, and keep bothering me now that I read them from the forum history.

Sometimes I just feel so brittle. Maybe that's just because my feet are cold now. :/

I also saw a road kill today. :(

Three hours later I am again at the blissful state of "nothing left to do in Elftown" (link-wise). :)

This is... weird. (the second one is an ET-error that comes up when you click on [0 (Unknown or private posting)])

<img:stuff/howoddhih.jpg>
<img:stuff/andthisiswhy.jpg>

There's actually loads of threads in the forums that have 0 as the beginning (which naturlich leads you nowhere). ET never ceases to amaze me.

This is a test, ignore :3 (sorry to make you all rush over but... meh)

Ok first part of test over.

It's due to a discussion I had in the something-forum about exporting diaries. When you export it once, you can't take it back. So if you export your diary, the link will always work, and whoever knows that link will find their way back to your diary, even to the newer entries.

I'll continue not exporting a few days and making entries and seeing if that link still brings to this diary and to those newer entries.

Outside-ET, one day after having stopped exporting

On the 17th I am still available via the link with the newest postings perfectly accessible.

The stop exporting stops the member from being viewed outside-ET, but not the diary. This is my theory, I'll see if the exporting stops on its own in a few days/weeks or something. Curious.

Oh Lydia, oh Lydia, say, have you met Lydia?
Lydia The Tattooed Lady.
She has eyes that folks adore so,
and a torso even more so.
Lydia, oh Lydia, that encyclo-pidia.
Oh Lydia The Queen of Tattoo.
On her back is The Battle of Waterloo.
Beside it, The Wreck of the Hesperus too.
And proudly above waves the red, white, and blue.
You can learn a lot from Lydia!

When her robe is unfurled she will show you the world,
if you step up and tell her where.
For a dime you can see Kankakee or Paris,
or Washington crossing The Delaware.

Oh Lydia, oh Lydia, say, have you met Lydia?
Lydia The Tattooed Lady.
When her muscles start relaxing,
up the hill comes Andrew Jackson.
Lydia, oh Lydia, that encyclopedia.
Oh Lydia The Queen of them all.
For two bits she will do a mazurka in jazz,
with a view of Niagara that nobody has.
And on a clear day you can see Alcatraz.
You can learn a lot from Lydia!

Come along and see Buffalo Bill with his lasso.
Just a little classic by Mendel Picasso.
Here is Captain Spaulding exploring the Amazon.
Here's Godiva, but with her pajamas on.

Here is Grover Whelan unveiling The Trilon.
Over on the west coast we have Treasure Island.
Here's Nijinsky a-doin' the rhumba.
Here's her social security number.

Lydia, oh Lydia, that encyclopedia.
Oh Lydia The Champ of them all.
She once swept an Admiral clear off his feet.
The ships on her hips made his heart skip a beat.
And now the old boy's in command of the fleet,
for he went and married Lydia!

If you will ever be unfortunate enough to meet me in Real Life, I must warn you: I intend to become unbearable to those who do not like me singing this song, for I intend to sing it constantly, even to people I don't know. Constantly. Especially when I'm cooking, working, walking or not listening to someone saying something interesting. I'll see how many people I know will learn the lyrics, how many will learn to like the song (due to being so incredibly fond of me o.O My guess: 1, and who that lucky one will be, I have no idea but I hope there's at least one) and how many will learn to leave the moment I open my mouth. :D

Ehh, as for explanation why this is my intention: I'm easily influenced, especially if the influencor is a dead man whose last name is Marx and had a brother or few also of the last name Marx... >_>

http://quizilla.com/users/rosemckay/quizzes/What%20Color%20Are%20You%3F

BLUES are motivated by INTIMACY, seek opportunities to genuinely connect with others, and need to be appreciated. They do everything with quality and are devoted and loyal friends and employers/employees. Whatever or whomever they commit to are their sole (and soul) focus. They love to serve and will give freely of themselves in order to nurture others lives.

BLUES, however, do need to be understood. They have distinct preferences and occasionally the somewhat controlling (but always fair) personality of a confident leader. Their code of ethics is remarkably strong and they expect others to live honest, committed lives as well. They enjoy sharing meaningful moments in conversation as well as remembering special life events (i.e., birthdays and anniversaries). BLUES are dependable, thoughtful, nurturing, and can also be self-righteous, a bit worry-prone, and emotionally intense. They are like sainted pit-bulls who never let go of something once they are committed. When you deal with a BLUE, be sincere, make an effort to truly understand them, and truly appreciate them.

40% of people had this result.
