to the wooden Father Clock my eyes do roam.
Tick-Tock, sounds counting down to our next kiss,
but as the time stands still, waiting is endless.

Cold, long day and I'm ready to relax.
Busy week day, I've been pushed to the max.
Ready to watch Season 2 of True Blood.
Take off my shoes and kick off the mud.
Sit on the couch and take off my coat.
But, "Where in the world is the remote?!?"
