A Story In A Look

They say that a picture is worth 1000 words...lets put that to the test.

Rules:
1. The all time favorite in art compotitions...NO STEALING ART! I know that you love that close up on that page, but it is not yours, don't use it. If I even think you are stealing, and I have my ways, you are so gone, and reported to the Guards.

2. This is about FACES. Not torso's, or legs, or a whole dang body...Faces, human faces. The main focus should be the head and face. If you wanna go vouge on me, I will let hands/arms into the shot, but they should not dominate the picture. There is a limit on entries of two, 2, entries per person/per page for a total of four, 4, entries.

3. Mediums...I like them all. Photo, crayon, pencil, pen, colored pencil...the list goes on and on. NO photo manipulations. They are kinda pointless here.

4.Please limit the size of your image to 400. Example 'img400:img/', see how the 400 is before the colon? Try it, you might like it, and I don't want huge pictures on the page, takes up too much room. Plus, if you can upload you image straight to Elftown, that would be awesome. If you don't have that privilage yet, talk to a guard, and if you don't have any UAR violations, there is a good chance you can get it.

5. DO NOT describe your picture. The point is for us to read a story, not for you to tell us what it is; at least untill judgeing starts, then you can post what story you wanted the picture to represent.

6. Deadline...May 17th. Armed Forces Day here in the U.S.

7.********FYI******** BADGES WILL BE MADE OUT OF THE WINNING PICTURES!! There will be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Judges favorite for each section.
