This area is slightly cleaner than the peasants' area. Though cleaner, diseases are still fairly common.
This are is used for murderers, rapists, and child molesters.
The guards are constantly watching them.
There have been up to eight people per room.
Often prisoners are found dead in their cells due to fights, brutality by the guards, or even sickness.
