Personality:
Outgoing, friendly, cheerful, quite laid back, he is just a very easy going guy and will talk to just about anyone. He is very charming around the ladies and is known for his great humour. He can have is serious side, though and is a good person to turn to with their problems since he is the oldest out of all of the canines.

History:
Howitzer was just ten years old when he joined up with Radical, and so he knows his way around Seattle perfectly, as well as the base. When he isn't working, he can usually be found by the small harbour in the city, mostly at night watching the water since it relaxes him and he loves it. He did have a girlfriend once, but when she saw him kill a man, she suddenly feared Howitzer greatly and broke off their relationship instantly. This hurt Howitzer, but he soon moved on and is quite anxious about meeting another woman as he is afraid that the same thing will happen again.

Weapon Of Choice:
9mm compact pistol.

Relationships with other characters:
Rifle: They are good, almost best friends, and when one of them is seen, the other isn't too far behind. Despite Rifle preferring to go out on missions alone, Howitzer almost always joins him.

Cannon: He tries to be friends with the moody wolf, but of course, he simply pushes Howitzer away and mocks him. But he doesn't mind since he knows that he has Rifle.

Melee: Again, like she is with Rifle, Melee is like a little sister to Howitzer, and he protects her too. He also teaches her how to use weapons from time to time when he can, and he even gave her his old pistol.

Velocity: They're really good friends, and they even dated once, but it didn't work out at all since they were mostly colleagues more than anything. But now they are just extremely best friends and tell each other their problems.
