Hair color/style: Golden brown. It's an average short length that he tends to wear slicked back from his face.
Face specifics: He has a square jaw with a strong German chin. His nose is rather longish nose, and his skin is very clear being both blemish and freckle free.
Body specifics: He's tall and lanky with long limbs.  He has broad shoulders and he's kind of a bean pole and definitely needs to eat more.
Occupation: Doctor who used to work for Empyrean. He now acts as a doctor for H.O.O.D. 
History: Son of a high ranking Empyrean scientist, Alder lived a charmed if rose colored glasses type of life. Exhibiting a natural talent for science and math he was pushed in the direction of medicine by his father and ended up becoming a doctor. During his first years as an intern he often was left with the chore of dealing with the injured ALU agents that came in from dangerous field work or intensive training. This is how he met Ulysses Burnside. Because of Burnside's frequent visits to the infirmary they eventually became close friends. When Burnside left, Alder was confused and frustrated but it made him question what was really going on in Empyrean. After doing some digging he stumbled upon some of the more terrible experiments that were being done humans. Unsure why these experiments were taking place he was horrified, and after a blow out fight over the matter with his father he left to join Burnside's cause.   
Personality: Alder is a nice guy if a bit cynical. He has a strong moral compass which led him to leave Empyrean. He tends to approach things very clinically and needs a logical explanation for most things. He can be a bit judgmental and usually finds himself playing the devils advocate when it comes to Burnside's more extreme plans. Despite his cynicism he genuinely cares about people and has an excellent bedside manner. To go along with that, he has a general dislike for violence. He tends to be easily distracted by people who need medical attention and often has to be dragged away from dangerous situations because he wants to help as many was he can despite the danger to himself.

Relations: Mother, father, and younger brother that he left back at Empyrean.
Abilities: He's a doctor..... so he's smart and can fix people. He can also speak fluent German because his parents were born in what used to be Germany.
