Ancient Greek

On this wiki you will find several short stories written in Ancient Greek. They aren't very difficult, especially because a list with words can be found after eacht story.
A SP means there's a space between two words. Some characters arent't correct yet, such as in the word RRAAPSIOMEIIDDOMISE. Also the Greek characters are placed higher than the Western characters. I'm sorry for that.

2005-03-23 [Koralita]: I study Ancient Greek at school, but it's late now and i'm too tired to think :P Am i right if i say that 'idou' is aorist? :D

2005-03-24 [Janouk]: idou is an imperativus aorist(us) (don't know how its called in English) ;) I hadn't made notes to that passage yet...I didn't think anyone would read it!

2005-03-24 [Koralita]: thought wrong :p I'm from belgium, and in belgium we say aorist... Don't know how it's called in eglish either... :s

2005-03-24 [Janouk]: ^^ Do you say 'imperativus' voor 'gebiedende wijs' or do you call it differently?

2005-03-24 [Janouk]: I know Dutch because I am Dutch :D // Yes we say imperatief as well pretty often :) //Well, you could try ;) I made it up with words I learned in my first year of Ancient Greek lessons ^^

2005-03-25 [Janouk]: Well, I believe we translated it as 'rapsode'. I believe it was a story teller or something? I might find it later on and be more precise ;)
