Random junk, YAY!

You see, Shadow, shes only 15, and none of us is too far off. Gina is the oldest, and would have been the most likely leader of the group, her or Rory, but Shadow came through, and took control. The four of our parents are dead, at least, we know for sure about Gina Rory and mine. Shadow knows way more about it then shes willing to tell us. Only thing she could explain, was something about legally she wasn’t allowed to go live relatives, and that the same had happened to us, wich wasn’t a lie, and that something was going on around us. She had made it sound like we were hunted. The first time shed left, shed scared the crap out of us. Grab clothes, pictures, memoir, anything you don’t want to never see again. that’s all shed said. One suitcase was all we were allowed. Shed put it in her car, took us to her house and cut our hand s open with a knife. We all freaked out, specially when she put it all over the house, finally cutting her own wrist open and letting it pour while we bandaged up our own. We stared on in horror as almost a pint of blood spilled over her bedroom carpet.

Shadow zoned out during English, concentrating on the sun coming in and out of the window in front of her. The teacher hardly noticed, she just droned on over the story they were supposed to be listening to. The heat from the sun was beginning to make Shadow sleepy and she layed her head down on her arms and began dozing. She was walking down a hall again. She squirmed in her own mind, hoping, struggling to wake up. But despite her efforts, she was still walking down the hall. Music came from the room ahead. She couldn’t resist it, her minds eyes fell shut and her feet led her to the place. At least this time she wouldn’t see what was there, even though she was in the last place she wanted to be. The music was strong, passionate, and resonated through her soul. Her feet picked up and began carrying her along to the beat. Nothing could stop her now, except herself. After a while Shadow wondered who was playing the music, where was it coming from. Afraid of looking caught her soul and she began to slow down, but the impulse in her got the best of her. Slowly she opened her eyes and saw darkness. But it wasn’t completely so. There where figures in the dim light, watching her, and someone behind her. She paused to turn around and saw the person who had such power over her soul. They had wavy blonde hair that came right below his shoulders. He heard whispers behind him, telling him that she had stopped, suddenly afraid at how hed react, the emotions felt strange in her mind, but fitting in her heart. The music stopped, and suddenly the figures from the very back edges of the room swept in. their faces howling in agony, hate, and other extremes. She screamed and jolted awake. The entire class was staring at her. The girl sitting next to her, leaned over to Shadow and asked “are you alright??” her eyes where not Shadows face, but on her left arm. Looking down she saw blood spreading down it. “Ms. Lee? I think you should get down to the nurses office, and next time, please try to not doze off in my class.” running out of the room she was desprete to just go home. She ran out the doors of the school. Digging her keys from her pocket she jumped in and drove. She didn’t know where to go but every turn she made seemed right. Finally she parked at a building she knew well. It was the arts building, some of her older friends went there when they couldn’t get to a piano, or just wanted to share ideas with people. Some kooky old guy had set it up or something. Walking through the doors she found a room that only had a piano in it. Shed never even touched one, but suddenly she knew what to do, lifting the lid she slid onto the seat, her fingers finding where to go. A melody poured from her. A melody that sounded frighteningly like the song from her dreams, but changed periodically. How long she played she didn’t know. Her heart pounded from the pure excitement, this melody, perhaps, wasn’t bad after all. Some of the song felt as if it was about to burst from her throat, when an adult man barged in and told her shed gone way over her limit in this room, that people were waiting for their turn. Embarrassed, she picked up her fallen bag and ran out of the room. When she got home that day she saw that it was about 4 in the afternoon. Had she really been gone for 3 hours? Shaking her head she went and took a shower. The hot water felt good, but it was not enough to get rid her pounding head ache. That or the terrible sting in her shoulder. Looking at it she suddenly remembered the doctors appointment she had at 4:45. Jumping out she put her hair up and ran out of the house still trying to get a shirt on. She almost made it on time but she got stuck in some traffic and showed up about 10 minets past her time. The lady doctor didn’t seem to mind. Taking Shadow into her office she had her sit on the bed. Mandatory checks on her eyes and hearing where done, showing that no damage, other than the color change in her eyes, had been done. When Doctor Walsh got to Shadows arm she looked a little upset. “this hasn’t been effecting movement in this arm has it?” she asked
“no! my arms been working really well!” she said nervously.
“well, normally id think that there was something in it, but I geuss I could give you a little help healing it.”
“thanks”
“well sweety, its my job.” the Doctor began wrapping up her arm. “is that yours?” she said motioning towards my purse. “uh yeah,” she reached over to my purse and pulled out my cell phone, which was ringing
“Shadows phone.”
“is this Malissa Lee?” came the voice on the other end.
“yes Im going to need you to come down to the office'

And introducing, an Emayla appearance! yay!

Shadow walked casually down the sidewalk, her wary eyes scanning for any movement, her ears alert for the sound of an aproaching car. three had driven by in the last half hour while she had been walking, two of them being a patrol. As Shadow neared the park where the Monaheim girl had told Shadow to meet her. She was a bit confused, as she neared the tree, that no one was here. but then again, wasn't it just typical of Monaheim to show up a bit late? sighing she leaned against the tree and began to question why she had ever agreed to this. She'd talked to the girl plenty, found out all she'd ever wanted to know about the murders and then some, but she still didn't really know anything about the girl herself. The name, she'd explained, wasn't real. The information she knew, well that was private how she'd learned it. Any other secrets there were kept, the girls kept them for a good reason. Shadow was leaning against the tree for less than a minute when she heard a drip from the branch above her. Looking up, Shadow saw Monaheim sitting casually on the branch, the drip coming from her left hand, a red thick liquid that Shadow could only assume was blood. "Monaheim? What the hell?" She gasped. Shadow had a funny feeling in the pit of her stumoch that tonight might haunt her. Monaheim squoze her eyes closed, as if she was in pain. "Emily" She wispered.
"Emily?" Shadow replied. such a normal name for a girl like Monaheim. Shadows mind became darkened. If Monaheim-Emily was giving her name, it could only mean something terrible had happened. Emily drew a breath before opening her eyes again, almost as if drawing strength. She stared Shadow in the eyes before leaning forward and sliding out of the tree. She absently ignored Shadow for a moment, wrapping her wrist in a cloth, a stained rag of sorts that she'd drawn from her bag. Shadow was getting more weirded out by the second and pleaded "Emily, what...what is going on, what have you done?" Emily smiled and looked into Shadows eyes with a compassionate look that caused a shiver to trail down Shadows spine. "Shadow Lee" She said, tasting the words as she said them. "Shadow....Tell me something." She paused her eyes flashing open, pain, compassion, everything had fled out of them, and only a set determination was in her eyes now. "Tell me. Would you cry over the deaths of the people who killed your parents?" Shadow took a step back. "What! no..I....Monaheim, what are you talking about?"
"Would you cry for them?" Emily asked without answering Shadows question. Her voice gaining a slight edge to it. Shadow trembled, fearing she knew exactly what Emily had done. "Em..Emily, whatever youve done, just tell me!"
"Shadow, the man and woman who ordered your parents die, who ordered your friends familys to die, would you cry for them if they were dead!"
"No!" Shadow cried, god help her for wishing someone dead, but thats all she'd really wanted for the past year. Them dead and her free. "I thought so." Emily said, her voice cracking. the determination slipping away from her gaze. Lowring her head she asked "And if they had children, like you? would you cry for them, or just for the children?" Shadow could feel the tears welling up, blurring her eyesight. She thought of the moment she'd found her parents dead in eachothers arms. The blood trailing down Emily's arm suggested that these murderers deaths had been a bit less pleasant. "Emily, yes, and so would you i see." She felt choked, but she wanted to understand what had happened. "Shadow, I don't pity their children....I......Shadow I need your help." It came suddenly, and Shadow stood back shocked. "Come again?"
"I need your...expertese...to get rid of the evidence." Without waiting for Shadow to agree to it, Emily grasped her wrist a pulled her along in the opposite direction she had come. A block a way, a sleek black car was waiting. Emily motioned for Shadow to get in, but she refused. "Emily! what am I doing? What are you doing?" Emily bowed her head, almost in shame. "Shadow....please....I-I need your help right now."
"But why?" Shadow asked "I'll help you, I promise, but it would help keep my concious clear if I knew what we were doing."
