Abilities/powers: Anona has a large pair of wings on her back and many of her characteristics resemble that of a bird of prey. Her wings are strong and can be used attack opponents with aswell as create huge gusts of wind with a few flaps. However they are cumbersome and are difficult to use quickly die to their size. If she wishea to fly ot takes a while for her to get off the ground and into a rythm so she is suseptable to surprise attacks. Aswell as this she has brilliant eye sight enabling her to look miles into the distance with pin sharp clarity.

General appearance: The most obvious aspect of Anona's appearance are her large deep mahogany coloured wings, when folded in the tops just reach shy of her head and down with the longest tail feather reaching behind her knee. When open they reach a wing span of several meters. She is tall and slender, almost reaching 6ft. Her head was round and skin was icy pale, her eyes weren't that of a human, but almost perfectly sphericle and large. They were a brilliant amber colour and held shiny black keen pupils. Her nose was small and narrow, her lips small yet plump. Anona had short hair the colour of smouldering embers, it was cut neatly into a bob and the longest parts just covered her ears.

Personality: Anona is initially quiet, slightly timid, preferring to hang back and observe what is going on before involving herself. She prefers to be alone at most times, alone with her thoughts. Although she can be patient if pushed and aggravated she can become extremely angry very quickly, lashing out without a words warning. She doesn't enjoy goin out in very public places because of the fear of being ridiculed for the way she looks, and it is this treatment at the hands of humans that leave her feeling conflicted about their race as a whole . Although somewhat fragile ad intense Anona is very intelligent from the many years devoted to studies in solitude, and with it comes a quick wit.

Brief History: Born to a small family her mutation went unknown for the first year of her life as the wings on her back were little more than slight bumps and her oddly shaped eyes were thought to be undeveloped or a defect of some kind and she would have to wait for them to be corrected when se was older. However as he grew older thy became more evident. In the early stages her mother had taken her to the hospital several times, but as it became more obvious what these growths where she stopped taking her. Her wings became more noticeable and her parents started to home school her, they became worried, scared by her appearance, Anona withdrew to her own room, in solitude away from prying eyes. The strain on her family causes the separation of her parents when she was 8. Se remained with her mother, who had started to drink more and more. Anona was left completely alone, blamed and ridiculed except for her younger brother who was always sweet to her. When she turned 19 she couldn't stand living in the abusive place she called a home and left, leaving her beloved brother and travelled around the country, keeping to sparsely populated areas, and not staying long enough for anyone to ask too many questions. It was a chance encounter with a stranger whilst staying in a small aecluded village, who gave her the address of a place in America where she would be able to fit in. She had not told him of her situation and she had become accustomed to covering we wings up with a large coat and folding them close to her back, so it wasn't too noticeable. He seemed able to see through her disguises and straight to her soul.
 
Relatives: She has a father and mother who separated when she young as well as one other younger brother.
