Arcatius is a major character in the series, ranking right up there with Inari in the fact that he is in every single act, filling in many of the gaps and revealing major plot twists.
He is one of a group of 5 magi who have been studying the dimentional rift phenomenon, which has been shown many times already, has major connections to Inari's lost past, and he will directly have a major part to play in the last act...

Comments: Arc is a major character in this story, only less major than Inari in fact. He will appear in every single act and is a guiding force behind the story. You could think of him as a sort of anthro version of Dumbledore from Harry Potter; wise, filled with hidden power, aged yet retaining an amazing sense of vitality, and a major character in every story. Thats about where the similarities end, as you'll see eventually in the later chapters.
