Roan walked into the room quietly; however, she m,anaged to trip over a table once she was in. "Owe." She got up and looked around, but the person she was meting wasn't there yet.

Ketsuri walked in. Looking nothing like what he had looked like when with Corus. His hair, comed and braided where before it had hung loose about him. His appearance set him apart easily as a professor. He was surprised to see Roan, and was glad he had not made himself so widely known.

"She's Later." Roan said out load. She had managed to get a hold of Porter, who knew how to help her handle her powers, which was why she was sitting here. Hoeever, Roan felt the presents oof someone. "Who's there?"

"Sorry to have startled you" he said pleasantly "The name is Ketsuri, i'm a professor here at the academy"

Roan took a good look at him and could sware she'd met him before. "I"m waiting for someone, but they've yet to show up." She sighed at sat down. This place was giving off many auras, it was to the point she was getting a headache. "I don't suppose you know how to turn off empathetic powers?"

"Focus on a thought...preferably a pleasent one...and through that you can drown the others. Course that would do you know good if you can't focus, or if all you had was a bad thought or dream"

"I've tried that. The only result is that I feel more of the pleasant thoughts and feeling rather than the nor so pleasnt." Roan said as she closed her eys. She was sitting in a comforable chair, that was very pillowy. "Were is she?"

Porter Heard Ketsuri and Roan outside of the door taling. She didn't quiet want to make her presents known so she stood eavesdropping. She had to fight a smirk, knowing that Roan had no idea who she was talking to.

"I've studied such a thing for awhile....granted never had anyone with the ability to converse with....but i've heard that at the least it will help with the headaches brought on by to much stress as i'm sure you've had to deal with"

"Well you've got someone to talk it over with now. I can answer your question while I wait if you want." Roan's powers were growing and she new she needed to start to get a hand on them soon.

Porter decided she'dlet them talk for a bit, so she walked down to the cafateria, where an old friend would be.

Ketsuri smiled, he was hoping she'd say that. What little he had been able to study he was wishing to use to help Corus and his condition....and a live body other than Corus naturally helped.

Roan swore she'd seen this man before, but she just couldn't remember were. "Ask away."

"Ok well for starters.....what brings on any pain you experiance? Not emotional, we'll get to that later if we get that far, but physical?"

Roan thought about it for a second. "There's actually two ways the physical pain imerges. One, when ever someone I'm close to is in their own physical pain I can feel it, causing me to be in the same pain. Second is when an emotion is so srtong and powerful it can become so overwhelling that it causes physical pain. It doesn't matter what type of emotion, just it's strength."

Ketsuri looked lost in thought for a moment "Is there any way to distract yourself from these emotions once you've been made aware of them?"

Roan shook her head. "I've not been able to so far. The best I'm able to do is focus on someone else to push other feelings to the side. They're still there, just not as promident."

"And does that help?"

"A bit, but not much. Imagine being ale to walk into a room and all at once being able to feel the emotion of everyone in it." Roan replied. "And it's getting stronger. I need to learn to gain a bit more contol over it, and learn what new abiliies it's going to give me."

"That must get bothersome" he said with a grimace.

"It is; however, it lets me care for those i love. " roan said. "a friend of mine is supost to me here to help me control my powers."

"What is her name? I'll find her if i can" he said absentmindedly "One more thing...do not try to read the aura's of those who can conceal them....because an idividual that powerful most likely will not take to kindly to such things"

"Are you kidding, silence is golden on my eyes. I even get vibs from you, mind you they're small, but it still racet in my brain. As for my friend, Porter, will show up when she's ready."

Ketsuri smiled, he had been sucessful in concealing his aura to a faint vibe "Like i said....don't pry unless you can handle the reprocussions of an irate individual....trust me it rarely works out well"

Before Roan had the chance to reply Porter walked into the library. "I see you've met one of the great teachers crystal acedemy has to offer. " Porter said, gliding in the room to ake a seat next to Roan. "Have any ideas were she should start to control her powers?"

"I asked you for help, not him." Roan said. She was getting a headache again, and was still worried about Nadya.

"I'll leave you two to each other" Ketsuri said softly. He made to go to the far side of the Library. When not teaching or otherwise engaged he prefered to roam the dark vaults of the underground.

"Actually would you mind staying. U'd like to figure out and test Roan's powers and yuou would be usefull." Porter saud.

"Very well"

"What exisactly do we need him for?" Roan asked.

Porter smiled. "Well to make you super aware of the emotions in tghe rom."

"How is he going to do that?" Roan was a bi weary by thi8s point.

"Well he's gping to kiss you of course."

Ketsuri raised an eyebrow "I'm doing what now?" he asked bewildered. This was begining to stink of the shenanigins at the ball all over again.

"No way in hell." Roan exclaimed, and as he did more of Ketsuri's and Porter's feelings were being felt. "What are you hiding?" She asked, narrowing her eyes.

Ketsuri gave her an odd look "i'm afraid you'll have to be more specific in that"

"Ther's something you don't want anyone in the world to know, then their's something you just don't want me to to know. I don't like secrets, and I'll repect your privacy, but are keeping someting secre that I need to knw." She had a strangfe gut feeling.

Ketsuri smiled "We all hide things we do not want others to know...as to weather or not it is something you need to know i doubt it. After so many years of living you come to harbor secrets as often as you breathe....but such is the curse of immortality" he surpressed his feelings well. He had learned to around Corus. Initially as a good will gesture, but hidden agendas often find their ways in through intended good will.

"He's right." Porter said . "Immortality brings many secrets and pains. Something Turan would know very well."

"What ever what do you need me to do?" Roan asked.

"The old sage who sits in the library every now and then? Yes i'm sure he would...seeing as he keeps an assassin close at hand. Which reminds me...always announce your presence in the library...it'll save you the displeasure of yanking a shurikin out of your side" he grimaced.

"We shall start my trying to figure out what the trigger to your powers are. Everyone has one. For me I need to visualize the sea, and I know for other of my kind they need to think of lust." Porter said."We also need to find out what family you come from."

"So how do we do this?" Roan asked. "Anyone have any ideas, because I've never thought of what causes my power to be the strongest. Usually they are just there, and as for my family I have no clue."

Katsuri inclined his head to one side "Her powers are triggered by emotion, her's are quite strong so it will most likely always be latent just beneath the surface. The trigger is another's emotion, the strengh depends on how strong that emotion is or how close it is to the individuals' heart"

"The question is, what emotions are the strongest." Porter said staring at Roan. "First we need to know a little about you, and a sample of your blood."

"Why in the world do you need my blood?" Roan exclaimed. She backed away from Porter. "Do you have some crazy ritual you plan to posses me."

Ketsuri cast a warry glance at Porter "I won't have any rituals. I know that sounds hypocritical coming from someone like me....but i use only what's been given by birth...likewise do i only teach on that which is given from birth" he relaxed slightly "I can sense that letting your blood troubles you...you don't have to if you wish not, though there is much that can be learned from one's blood"

"Her blood is need to track down her family. I have made friends over the year that can help us to find your family. No Ritual will be done to harm you, or evan in front of you. Now Ketsuri and I are going to test you emotions to find your strengths." Porter said.

Ketsuri raised an eyebrow, looking reluctant as ever.

How excitly do you plan on doing this?" Roan asked, sceptical of Porter's plan. "And why do I get the feeling I'm not going to like it at all."

"Because your not." Porter stated bluntly. "Your going to have to face you own nightmares." Porter looked Roan in the eye." and dreams. Your still a immature child so you will need to grow up and learn control. To do all this you have to face the Féinfhios." It had been over four thousand years since the last person had gone through the Féinfhios, she being the last.

Roan paled, "I don't like the sound of that."

Ketsuri shuddered involuntarily, biting his tongue on what he was going to say what hole have you dug yourself now Ketsuri? he thought to himself.

"Starting tomorrow you will begin the Féinfhios. The first step, which we will do today, is to figure out what element your powers lean to." Porter said. "My powers are obviously tuned to water,so if you are you'd react to the sea, but it's rare so we shall try Ketsuri's first. Which are you intuned with Ketsuri?"

"Which is dominant or which am i learned in? The answer to the first is fire. The answer to the second is both fire and water, though i use the later for healing mostly" he turned to a group of students who had been waiting to ask him something "No, you preform this first using that element, and then i believe you use this incantation in conjunction with the prescribed rites. Oh and i expect to see a group dissertation on the matter if you wish to receive any credit whatsoever" he waited for the chorus of protests to subside "Merely completing the combination shows me little as to what you have learned, if you record the entire experience then you will learn more and likewise will i find it believable that you preformed it and not just submitted a report from a book. So yes i expect a full dissertation in addition to the preliminary report" He sighed "Sorry, group assignments tend to be the most fun, and yet most dangerous and irritating"

Roan stiffled a laugh. "I never was able to be ina group in school We were always uneven and my mom moved us before I made many friends."

Porter only smiled. "If you would please create a fire bal;l Ketsuri."

He held out his hand forming a ball of fire "Are you sure that's a good idea? The fire element is one borne of strong emotion" he had been careful, for Roan's sake to leave any said emotion out of it. A hard thing to do, but not entirely impossible.

"It's fine." Porter told him. "Roan close your eyes and clear your head of any thoughts. When you have tell me what you feel when you put your hand over the fire ball."

Roan gulped, but did as she was told. "It feels very odd." She slowly began to feel the fire's energy, which lead to Ketsuri's power source. Roan quickly backed away and jerked her hand. "There's so much anger and restlessness. How can anyone feel that way or want that type of power?"

Porter looked at her strangely. "Might it be?" She pondered out loud. "Ketsuri would you please take Roan out towards the beach of the academy. Make sure she goes knee deep into the water. I'll have warm close ready for her when she gets back."

Ketsuri nodded "It is the most volatile of elements, and yes it requires you to use strong emotions which usually means rage or anger" he looked at porter "As to how anyone can feel that way, it is the nature of you humans to feel such things...which is why most of the fire elementals here are human, and why do you want her to go knee deep into the water?"

Porter smiled her secret smile that said she knew more than you did. "Take her and you will find out. Roan try to callm your feelings as you let the water lap at you. Lecome it.' Porter nodded one more time then walked out of the room.

"Some times I think she just likes to keep things from us because she knows it drives me crazy." Roan stated. 'However, she does radiate wisdom and age."

"That's because she's a Siren, they tend to be very knowledgable...if very much on the lethal side if you cross them" he gestured for her to follow him.

"Do you know much about her?" Roan asked. "I only asked her to help me because she was the only one besides a very arrogent man who could help me. Plus one of my friends is in trouble so he went to help her." The thought of Nadya reminded Roan that she was in danger. "So why do I have to waddle into the ocean?"

"An arrogant man who is helpful? Now there's something you don't see every day" he laughed softly "No, i know her in name only, but i'm fairly familiar with the race....which doesn't say much because Sirens can be as diverse as a snow flake...no two are the same...and as to the water....i have my guesses but i'll save them till after"

"That's a lot of help." Roan mumbled. "Why does everyone keep trying to hide things from me? All that it manages to do is piss me off and make things worse."

"The nature of your ability would be such that you would benefit from not knowing everything...that and beings are secretive creatures....no one likes to divulge everything and we all have our secrets" he said almost absent minded.

"I don't want to now your deepest secrets, everyone has the right to those. However, I'd like to know things that pertain to me. I know people are hiding why I'm really here, but noone will tell me.!" Roan heaved.

He gave her an surprised look "Really? That's a surprise to be sure...well...i'll probably get in trouble from Porter but i think it might help with your mind being so heavy burdened" he sighed "All i know is that you where summoned here from your own realm to release a caged god, that is why you are here at least according to the prophecy which i have only read once or twice" he wasn't lying when he said that. He had little interest in such things.

"Yay a phrophecy." Roan said softly. When they got to the beach Roan felt a bit better. The sea had always calmedher, even when she had been a small child.

He smiled softly, he felt bad for her. He had never really cared much for the gods and all their doings, what he didn't understand is why she had to be yanked from her own world and thrown into this one. He sat down close to the waters' edge.

"It has a calming affect doesn't it." Roan said, refuring to the sea. "My mother said that it was the sea which saved her and helped her with the pain of losing my father." Roan sat down next to him. "It's so strange."

"Yes...that something seemingly so serene can at once lay waste to entire cities" he caught himself waxing poetic "I've heard of many miracles or things like it achieved by the sea...and yes it is quite amazing"

"But that's what makes it natural. Evan humans still have that power. They do the most beautiful things as well as the most horrable." Roan said. She sat down next to him. "I use to visit the ocean when my mom was ill, which she is often. It became the place of my favorite memories."

He snorted at the mention of human's and their capacity "Yes...they do, which i do and at the same time don't understand at all...though certain elves are hardly better in some instances...and worse in others" he smiled "it is almost as if the sea where alive at times, both a taker of burdens and a creator of healings...."

"It truely does." Roan closed her eyes and let the sea lap at her feet. She was then surprised by the tears that feel down her face. "What....?" She was bewildered

"Are you alright?" Ketsuri asked softly, quite caught up in the sound of the sea as was the nature of his race to do so at times of ease.

"I don't know why I'm crying." Roan shuddered as the sobs raacked her body. "I've been fine till now." She tried desprestly to control her tears. "I'm so sorry. I just don't know why this is happening."

He looked at her, worried at first then he relaxed "maybe you are at peace for a rare moment?"

"But the place I'm living at for the time is so quiet and tranqual. "Roan said remembering the beach on the island. "But I've got to stop this." Whiping her tears she stood up and roled her pants up. "Lets get this over with. I need to learn how to control my powers and figure a way to get home."

i hope for your sake little one that you are meant to return home he though sadly to himself. Ketsuri was begining to wonder just what it was Corus had in mind for this girl.

Taking a deep breath Roan waddled into the cold water. She shuttered, but kept moving till she was knee length in. She cleared her mind and let the feel of the ocean over power her. Closing her eyes she relaxed her mucles, as she did somethig remarkale happened. A light almost white blue mist started to surround her, and she glowed slightly.

Ketsuri watched, taken aback by the blue glow.

The glow intensified; however, as Roan focused more on it and her mind cluttered once aganin it disappeared. "Well it looks like we've found my element of powere or whatever Porter was talking about." Roan waddled her way toward Ketsuri, shivering as the wind hit her cool skin.

"Yes...it would appear you have found your element...however you are far to distracted to use it" he said in an observing tone as he offered her his coat.

"Thanks," Roan said as she took his coat. "But I get the feeling that Porter is going to make what comes next harder for me because I've got the same connection with water she does." Roan sighed. "How much you want to bet that some of MY blood will be shed before the end of this night?"

He thought for a moment "Willingly in a ritual, or unwillingly in that someone who would want you dead finds you?" he teased.

Talos whached from afar "So this is the finite mortal who is supposed to do so much for this land....interesting" he turned back towards the library.

"Both," Roan said flatly. "Come on we should get back up to the library and see what fate awaits me. You know I'd like to know if my friend was okay." She diad bruptly thinking of Nadya.

"Probably give a chance of both happening equally" Ketsuri looked up just in time to catch a glimpse of Talos where have i seen you before? he wondered to himself.

When Roan opened the door to the library Porter was setting down a cup on a table were a bunddle of food was sitting. "What are you doing?"

Porter smiled t her. "I thought you'd like a full meal before you have to face hell in the mornig," She said. "There's a lot of differents food in the world I'm sure you've never had before." AS she sat down the rest of the meal she turned towards Ketsuri. "So how did it go? Did she react to the water?"

Ketsuri thought for a moment "Yes she did. This is just a guess, but it would appear her emotions un-impeded brought out the reaction and then once she tensed up or tried to concentrate the bond was lost"

Porter nodded. "It's rare to flow with power of water, but it seems nothing is going to be simple with you Roan. But then again your named after a creature of the sea. In Tyradias the Roan is a creature with the ability to transform into a man and a seal. however, the ability is by sheding his/her seal skin, which must be kept safe." She sipped her tea slowly as she thought. "Is that your student in the room Ketsuri?"

Ketsuri looked up, seeing Talos lost in a small book that he recognized as off limits to all but a few "Yes he is, abit of a shady one, but i can't say i blame him...they found him when he was young in the ruins of his town...supposedly as the story goes he was one of the few survivors, though it's hard to tell...he never speaks of it"

"You should ask him to join us." Roan said. "I'd like the company." Honestly she was hoping the student would act like a buffer from her and Porter and Ketsuri. The two's all knowldege was getting on her nerves a bit. "I'm sure he's hungry."

Ketsuri smiled. Something about the boy made him uncomfortable "Talos, pull your nose out of that book a minute if you will"

Talos looked up, his green eyes seemed to shimmer almost as if communicating that he didn't like Ketsuri calling him by his first name. His appearance was obviously human, yet his air was that of something far weightier. He walked up to Roan "Well i can see you've been forced to be tormented by both Siren and Elf for the day so i suppose a human tormenter won't seem half as bad no? But i get ahead of myself. My name is Talos" he said. He took a seet next to Roan, forcing Ketsuri over slightly.

Roan smiled at the man. "It's nice to met you Talos. I'm Roan and this is Porter. We were wondering if you'd like to join us for dinner." She liked his company, it was litter that her other two companions.

Porter leaned back and observed the girl. Tomorrow she was going to have to face the Féinfhios. "Please join us," Porter said never taking her eyes off Roan. "It'll be awhile till she will get to have regular company."

Ketsuri nodded "True that"

Talos nodded "Thank you. I will join you"
There is nothing that is normal, least of all him a chill voice etched into porters' mind. Talos was, however, obviously engaged in talking to Roan.

"What excatly do you teach Ketsuri?" Roan asked as she stuffed Rice some weird, but delicious looking pudding. "This place looks amazing, from what I've seen, but what do people learn here?"

Porter turned towards the young man. "I wonder what your objective is?" She said out loud, pondering. "Talos, correct? I do wonder what your doing here, as why you were out side near the beach." She had a twinkle in her eye.

Ketsuri smiled "Well the crystal academys' original function was teaching the art of magic, but it has since expanded into a place of higher learning, though by far a more ancient and well established institution" he did little to hide the pride in his voice "As for myself well i teach the intermediate fire element sessions as well as a few history and english one's when i'm needed to"

Talos smiled "No objective other than to study. I write and occasionally do archive work in the deeper vaults of the library"

Vandal stared at the large bookcases, he was somewhat shocked by the library, true he hadn't been in a city or even close to any civilisation since he became a lich but still, he never imagined people would have become so intelligent it seemed. It was like a world of books, how was he supposed to pick one, he stared at one of the shelves for minutes, just reading each title in turn and truly intending to read the title of every book in the room. No matter how long it took.

"Wow that sounds awesome." Roan said as she ate more, but out of the conner of her eye she saw someone. "Hey who is that near the large bookcase?"

Porter smiled at the young man. "So you say, but in the end your real intentions will be seen." She turned bck towards Roan. "He is most likely a new teacher here. Sir would you like to join us?" She called over to him.

Vandal tilted his head, still inspecting the books, Porter caught his attention and turned to look at them. "It goes from A to Z, that's interesting". He turned back to the books.

Talos smiled, amused at the curiosity the siren had in his delvings "It is, there are certainly some things better left undiscovered by the general population" oh how weak the human mind is he finished his sentance in a thought.

Roan sighed as the man continued to ignore them. Getting up she walked over to him and tapped his shoulder. "Sir I'd like it if you'd join us for dinner. "

Porter smiled at the girl. She had a pure heart that was going to be tested through her jourmy here. "It's nice to seee you helping her instead of trying to kill her Ketsuri. I wonder what Corus would think?"

Vandal nearly leapt out of his skin, he turned around quickly and gave Roan an intense stare, as if confused. "Join you, for dinner"? He sounded confused and then cleared his throat, a little uncomfortable with what he was about to say."I am somewhat afraid that I doubt you're 'dinner' shall cater to my needs, many apologies". He cleared his throat again as if the act of talking was making him anxious, which it was.

"Would you wat least sit with us for company? I'd like the company." Roan asked as she put a hand on the man. "My name is Roan."

Ketsuri tensed as he realized what Vandal was, casting a quick glance at Porter though not so much as moving a muscle.

Talos stiffled a laugh This one better learn quickly Porter....she's liable to get eaten at the rate she wants to so readily befriend everyone....though for that trait i also envy her

Vandal shifted as she put a hand on him, he sort of stepped backwards to her hand slide off his shoulder, he gave her a somewhat dark stare before turning back to the books. "No thank you". He spoke quietly, taking out a book that had apparantly caught his attention.

Roan's face fell at the refusal. "Well I wish you would, but I'll respect your decision. YOu know that there are other teachers with us." Roan waved then walked back over. "What a strange man. I'd like to figure out what he was thinking."

"Roan." Porter sighed, thinking that she was going to get herself killed one of these days. "I hope you have some self survival. So What shall we talk about for the rest of our meal. After all for the next seven days you wont be seeing anyone but me Roan."

How about how to, and how not to approach a creature that would sooner eat her than talk to her?" Ketsuri sighed, recoiling slightly at the glare Talos gave him

"There's nothing wrong per-say with being niave...however.." Talos smiled

Vandal made off with the book and paused when he caushgt sight of another book shelf, he quickly paced over to grab another, and then another.

"What? How am I being Niave?" Roan prtested to the others. "And what do you mean I wont get to see anyone in a seven day spand?"

Porter looked at the girl seriously. "The challage that you have to take to cintrol you owersis required for you to do it alone. The only reason you will see me is becaus eI will bring food. I can only do that because I'm water as you are. You will have to face your greatest fears, hopes, and internal self. I'm not lieing that if you run from any of it you could die. It's rare to happen during the proccess, but has been known to happen."

Vandal listened in, now intrigued by this strange challenge the one named 'Porter' was on about. He pretend to read his book, all the while keeping an ear open.

if you are so interested then at least treat the girl with your presence....yes i know you feed off of people of her ilk but believe me that won't be a problem a voice stole into Vandals' mind.

"Roan you are being niave in that you think that you can make everyone your friend....but no matter" Talos said softly

Roan just kept gaping at the people in frint if her. "Why does it seem your all gaining up on me. ahhh." She said in frustration. "However, I should be ok in the Féinfhios. by the way who was the last person that took it?"

Porter looked at the girl with a sad smile. "I's been elev thousand years since Turan took it; however, but doubt he remembers it."

"Interesting". Vandal muttered as the voice spoke in his head, he began to think himself wondering if his own thoughts could be read in return. I'm very fascinated in how to are able to enter my head, would you tell me who you are if I asked? Vandal began to look around, trying to locate if the person was in the room.

My abilities come as a result of my accursed birth, but then i have already told you to much. No i will not tell you my name, especially not now as that would invite to many questions for myself, and probably answers you do not whish to know

Ketsuri raised an eyebrow though it could have easily been directed at the withering stare Talos gave him so that's why that bastard is so powerful....and yet he doesn't even realize it?...i'd hat to see what it's like when he does he sighed.

Talos stopped his glaring before muttering "you do realize one could read what you're thinking just by looking at you? Your mind is very much telegraphic" he smiled at the frown the joke produced.

Roan was so confused at the moment and her heart made a small pang from the mention of Turan's name. She hated to admit it, but she kind of missed the guy. Well I think I'm going to head to sleep. Wake me up when I'm needed for tomorrow." Roan yawned then folded her self up on a couch near the fire.

Porter smiled at the girl. "Night. I, myself, have things I must do before she can do the Féinfhios. Goodnight gentlemen." Porter got up and left the library.

Talos and Ketsuri both went their seprate ways. Ketsuri off to find Corus and Talos off to Diedad island. He wished to talk to the old elf

Vandal turned to the small group, he continued to pretend to read his book, though pretend was probably used loosly since he was indeed taking some of the cotent in whilst also listening.

Roan started to toss and turn as her dreams started to take a dark turn. You will do well my child a woman's word flowed through her head. Remember all that you have been taught and don't let your fear blind you. The woman's voice disappeared and it had felt that she was being forced away. Roan was then standing by herself in an empty, dark chamber.

Two hours later Roan felt her self Being shaked. "Roan you have to get up, it's time." Porter's voice said. When Roan looked up through sleepy eyes she noticed the Old Siren looked tired. "are you al right?"

Porter smiled Down at the young girl. "I'm fine, but's almost dawn so we must start your challage. Come we must go to the Chamber of Summons"

When Roan opened her eyed the bright light made her close them right away. As she became more awak she could feel that everything seem raw and sharp. She slowly sat up, trying to readjust to her change in surroundings. It was then that she noticed she wasn't alone in the room. She could physically feel the others.

Ketsuri looked up from where he was seated "Well now, you're awake" he said looking up from a huge volume he had been pouring over "You've changed to...and from the feel of it, for the better" he smiled.

Blinking Roan tryed to get a grip. "I feel way to sensitive." She muttered, while look to see Porter siting next to Ketsuri. "How long is this going to last?"

Porter smiled at the girl. "Untill you get use to it. However, now that you are awake we have several things to discuss. First, the Luminecent Councl."

Ketsuri raised an eyebrow "The were-creature council? Please don't assign me to baby sitting duty...the last time that happened it didn't work out so well"

Porter chuckled, "I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to escort Roan. I'm unable to go and the were-cats asked me to come to talk about food distrabution. However, I am unable to atend so I was hoping Roan would be knd enough to take my place."

"What?" Roan said squinting. "I feel as if I'm unable to move, and you want me to do your politics fot you?" Even thoug Roan was complain she did start to feel better. Although, there was a familiarty from Ketsuri she just could place.

Ketsuri sighed "Well at least she's human...not some ravonously hungry shade or something" he laughed "And what would Roan know about were-cats and their needs Porter? No offense to you Roan" his tone was light, and he was obviously confused.

Porter smiled at him with a twinkle in her eye. "I'm sure she'lll know just what to do. Off course I'll update her on some information. But I'm sure she'll do fine."

Ketsuri gave her a suspicious look

Roan tuned Porter out, and stared at Ketsuri. She knew no matter what she was going to do what ever Porter wanted her to do. AS she thought about it and use her knew found power to get use to Porter and Ketsuri's aura it hit her. "YOU TRYED TO KILL ME!" Ron screamed at Ketsuri, causing her to wince since it hurt her head.

Ketsuri dropped the book, sending a cup clattering to the floor and a reif of papers scattering about, visibly startled by her scream. He recovered himself "I tried to kill you? Don't you think it a bit odd then that i am not trying to do so now? And dear god your voice is loud when you scream"

"When Turan had me at that Tavern you and some creepy guy were trying to kidnap me or kill me. Honestly the memory is a bit blurred at the moment." Roan finally maged to sit up straight. "Why? I don;t understand."

"Ahh yes, you see Corus wants to meet you. He has something in mind for you but i can promise you it doesn't involve killing you" he was honestly baffled by the idea of killing her "As for what exactly i have no clue"

Nadya, cloaked and covered to protect herself from the sun, had made it to Crystal Academy with much ease. Much faster than she had thought, and she had made it there during the early night when very few people would be wondering around. Having tied up the cresnut, she headed towards the library of the academy. Cloak and hood still over her, Nadya looked around in awe, in the enterance of the library. "I could get lost in here..." she whispered. Nadya backed out of the library, back out into the hallway, and headed to find Ketsuri.
