Personality: She is sad most of the time, but when she is able to see the sea she feels happier. She feels like a part of her is empty, and longs to make it whole. She loves art and music, but none will teach her. She is quiet, and keeps knowledge about herself from others.

History: Aviaena, or Avi for short, is the daughter of Princess Ariel and Prince Eric. Avi grew up knowing her mother for only a few years before her mother's 'death'. Since that day, Avi has known nothing but sadiness around the palace and the kingdom. Avi tried to have fun growing up, to learn art and music, but it just made many people sadder. She wasn't allowed to go out and play on the beach, or if she was if would be with a nurse maid and with orders not to set foot into the sea. During a bath as a child, Avi learned that she changed when she was wet, and her nurse maid told her not to speak of it to anyone ever. Aviaena doesn't know that she is half mermaid nor does she know that she is a princess of the sea as well as of the 7th Kingdom. She doesn't know how her mother had died, nor does she understand her father's dislike of the sea.
