Isabelle Tier- Wife of Victor Tier and mother of Daniel Tier. She met Victor at college where she was studying to be a nurse. They fell in love, got married out of college, and she became a stay at home mom. However, she volunteers at the City hospital when she has free time.  She's about 5'6'' and slender, with warm brown eyes and honey colored hair that falls to her shoulders. Isabelle is a very warm and caring person. She's a fantastic mother and enjoys helping people. Good at giving advice, she often thinks that she knows whats best for a person, and she usually does. She loves Victor and Daniel unconditionally and is on friendly terms with Ruby Woods who is her neighbor.

Daniel Tier- Ten year old son of Victor and Isabelle Tier. He's tall for his age and looks like his mother, inheriting her eyes and hair color. However, he has his fathers nose and wears glasses. Although academic and sometimes on the quiet side, he's a classic little boy who likes to play outside, go exploring, and have adventures. He has a bit of a crush on Ruby Woods and tends to become very chatty around her.
