It's an island fortress, except without the island. Barbed wire and gates surround the place. Dogs on leashes attached to equally dangerous-looking guards patrol the area regularly. An alarm system, when raised, will electrify the fence and notify local authorities, who have been authorized to shoot on sight.

Quite a few precautions for a few loose screws.

People are committed here from all over the country, but nobody really knows who they are, where they came from, their family, what they're in for... Staff is rarely seen outside the stone walls, and when they are, they don't talk about their work.

Occasionally blood-curling screams are heard from the area. Nobody mentions them.

The people enclosed here are not your normal maniacs. Some say they're... special. Not insane at all. They're a little mentally disturbed due to their current... situation. Their past. What they've done... But what they can do is precisely why they're in there. And why some of them want to get out...

Seriously tho. We're waaay too far along in the game. Go roleplay somewhere else.

Y'know, 'art of the month' was a working title. It was really 'haha, here's the cast.'

2007-11-20 [Fudos]: I'm not exactly sure whats going on in this RP, exactly who are the PCs, and what are they doing?

2007-11-20 [kay-chan]: PC's are the staff and patients (as the profiles on the character pages are only for those two).

It takes place in the institution, so they are being crazy/supernatural, or doing their job and checking on the patients or performing tests. I will introduce the plot, but in the beginning at least, this is just normal life. Eventually, the patients will try to escape. The staff could either help or hurt this.

I've been talking with a few other people and in general, from the start, I've gotten the feeling that I might have rushed into this RPG. I had no idea it would attract this kind of attention.

Since it's barely a few days old RP-wise I'm just going to start over and require auditions now. Everyone has to audition because the problem is a little wide-spread, and the requirements for characters are going to be more strict and specific. Requirements are on the main and profile page.
