Appearance: Picture above; When she’s working she wear the uniform, a short black tight skirt and matching black vest with a button up shirt with no selves; and black cuffs on her wrist, black heels. But when she’s not working; it’s usually jeans and a tank; with her high heel boots.
Personality: Blair is kind hearted and flirtatious; and very out going to get what she wants in life; she can also be short tempered.
History: Blair's family has always been well off since the 16th centery; her family is a long line of mages called the Elementals; where thay can control all five elements with years of pratice. Her morther passed away a few years ago by some odd illness; her farther just stays in his office working. Blair had always been taught by her grandmorther...but even she had dissapered in the past couple of years.
