The Oases

Within the Bone Desert, three innocuous Oases stand. Nothing seperates these three from several other Oases except for one thing: At the centre of each Oasis is a single pillar of granite, identical to each other except for the coloured etching upon each, which gives the Oases their names.

The Odd Oases

Orcs were the first to discover these Oases in the middle of the Bone Desert, to all knowledge, though all are at a loss as to how the pillars of granite, or indeed the etchings thereon, appeared. One thing is for certain, if the Orcs didn't make those etchings, then nothing mortal did.

The Oases are blessedly clear of life, aided no doubt by the eerie feeling of dread which steals over most as they view the granite in the centre of the Oasis. On certain nights, under the moonlight, travellers have reported strange noises issuing from the Oasis, seeming to come from underground.
