Boulevard of Broken Dreams Banner Competition

I've opened this competiton because, as you all know, this wiki doesn't have a banner, and a wiki isn't really a wiki if it doesn't have a banner! The rules of the competition are mainly the Uploading Art Rules, but there will be some that I have made up, so scroll down and read the rules CAREFULLY please!  [Emma_Bun]

THE RULES OF THE COMPETITION

1. The banner MUST be an original drawing by the competitior, which means NO celebrity images! You can't just search the Internet for a picture that looks good and put Boulevard of Broken Dreams@wiki on it!
If you do then it will be deleted by the guards!

2. Competitiors can be members of the wiki or non-members, it doesn't really matter seeing as Elftown is a place where people can show their art and poetry!

3. At the bottom of this page, there wll be a link where you can start entering your submitions. There will be more info on how to set the page out and what you should do when you click on that link (when it's finished, that is!)

4. THE DEADLINE FOR THESE BANNERS TO BE SUBMITTED IS 1ST JUNE 2005! That should give you plenty of time to make and submit your banner. The banners will be judged as soon as I can get onto Elftown, because I have trouble getting on sometimes, and the winners will hopefully be announced the following week.

5. WINNERS WILL RECIEVE A SPECIAL BADGE TO PUT IN THEIR HOUSES!!! They're pretty too!
