History: Caroline was the eldest child of a wealthy government official that supported the (blank) uprising.  She lead a privileged childhood and was allowed anything she could have ever wanted. Nothing was to much for her or her little brother. The family lived on a small estate outside of the capital and during the school year the children were sent away to boarding school. As a child she showed a natural gift in music which her parents encouraged her to pursue. She showed real aptitude in school both physically and intellectually and was choose at 15 to attend the the Winston Military academy. There, she excelled and left the school ranked as a first lieutenant. Although she has been too young to fight in the uprising she supported it, and because of a combination of knowing the right people and being very skilled at her job she soon worked her way up in rank until she was part of the Prime Ministers inner circle.
Personality: Caroline is reserved. She puts on the appearance of having everything together. Structure and pattern is extremely important in her life. Deviation from tradition and routine is nearly impossible for her. She's focused and driven, with an intensity that is sometimes frightening. She is terribly stubborn and tends to give off an elitist air.  She has issues trusting people and it takes a lot for her to open up (as her many therapists with attest to). She's OCD, and therefore is very clean and organized.

Abilities: Great strategist and very very good a lying. She's a decent shot and can defend herself if she has to. She is an extremely gifted musician, playing both the violin and cello. She does a lot of reading and is a top notch chess player. Basically she excels at anything that is logical or strategy based.
Other: She doesn't like birds. They are dirty and loud and she gets very uncomfortable when they are around. She doesn't like to be touched and yet she longs to be close to people.
