Appearance: Celtul's physical appearance is similar to that of a human. The only difference being a set of claw tipped wings somewhat like a dragons, but much smaller in size. The membranes are blood red, and the skin is black. His battle clothing is a mix of traditional ninja and samurai. Celtul is usually seen wearing finger gloves with bracers running from middle knuckle to just above the elbow, colored red with gold trimming, metal plating on his upper arm, and spiked shoulder pads on each shoulder, colored black with red trimming. His upper body is covered in a simple metal plate. Around his waist he wears a black belt with a skull and cross bones buckle, which sits just above the top of his long cloth (ankle length, front and back). Black, white trimmed plated armor protects the outsides of his thighs, and knee length metal plate boots wrapped in red cloth, all worn over black skin tight pants complete his outfit.

When not in battle he wears a simple brown shirt and baggy karate pants.

Celtul has brown eyes, light brown hair, and some facial stubble. When he is angered his hair turns black and waves behind his head, almost as if it were caught in a strong wind.

History: For most of his life before the war, Celtul stayed in the mountains outside of tokyo, feeding off of the animals there. Not feeling welcome in either world, he stayed mostly to himself, sometimes helping people that got lost in the mountains or pepole he found set upon by bandits and theives. A few years before the war he took himself to America, seeking a change in scenery. There he stayed, keeping himself out of the war for the most part, not wanting to take sides.

Weapons/possessions: Daggers of varying styles and uses, but usually sticks to a belt of throwing daggers and two daggers about a foot and a half long.

Extremely accurate with his throwing daggers and is able to hold his own in either hand to hand combat or with his sparring daggers. He can use his wings to soften the landing from long falls, but not fly or glide becuase of their small size.
