Information: Chang Wufei is the offspring of a legendary warrior clan who was exiled from China. Wufei follows a strict code of justice and honor and feels that he must punish all that are evil. There is even a point in the show when he is fighting Zechs where he keeps saying that he is evil and must be destroyed. Wufei's pride and honor becomes his weakness even in the beginning of the show. Each lost battle another burden for him to carry.

Wufei is even more independent than Heero and Trowa. Wufei prefers to work alone. In the Endless Waltz OVA version he ends up getting sucked into the army Mariemaia because of his pride and lack of being able to adapt to world peace. His parts in Endless Waltz are very moving. Makes him seem... different?

Kit's Comment: Wufei is MY MOST FAVORITE character in Gundam Wing! He so strong, and handsome, and honorable! ^^ He and Trowa are the ones that have the muscles, the others don't. In the series, Wufei has this issue about "women" but given his past, and Merian's death, I wouldn't blame him. He has his hair drawn back in a painfully looking piggytail. *giggle*
