Chapter Three: Shell

The center of Greendale is a cross section of many dirt roads. There is always an abundance of traffic, and with that come many new faces and many new stories for people to share with each other.

Not too far from the center is a small shop owned by a loving old couple named the Moore’s. Their shop is called “The Shell,” after a lucky pendant the owner’s wife wears. Inside, they sell pastries and books. It’s a favorite stop for the locals, and the visitors seem to love it as well.

A good story is like nourishment to the soul, and The Shell is stocked full. Even at night, as the stars twinkle and the crickets chirp, the feet tread and spectacular stories are exchanged.


This is Greendale.
