Entering into the Armory, there is a desk behind bullet proof glass and a single locked door. Usually manned by one of the guards who will, with permission from a Handler, issue out weapons and equipment to the Specials. From here one can head back to the Compound: Level One East and the Compound: Secured Weapon Storage.
