2007-10-27 [Skydancer]: Busy busy, now thats real art, :) getting in there and getting your hands dirty and punching clay around...
2007-10-28 [Daisy_Sandybanks]: And it's so freakin' hard too, lol. The teacher makes it look easy. He's a great teacher though, he points out all the muscles and bones on the body.
2007-10-31 [eurayo]: Keep it up! I took Carol Tarzier's ecorche class a while back at the CCSF Fort Mason campus through Extended Educaiton and learned a lot. We started with bones and put muscles on top. Looks like you're getting a good grounding in the fundamentals.
2007-10-31 [Daisy_Sandybanks]: Oh yeah, my teacher keeps telling us that we should continue with this and take an Ecorche class that he teaches at another time. I might think about it ;)
2008-01-08 [Galatea]: Wonderful male nude...I'm having a little trouble telling how large he is, how tall does he stand? I've never used an armiture before, how did you like it?
2008-01-08 [Daisy_Sandybanks]: Erg ... I can't really remember how tall the thing was now. I want to say 7 inches? That might not be right though. He was a pretty good size. I didn't enjoy putting all the wires together that much to make the skeleton (I've never been good/happy working with metal), but once the clay got on there, I had a blast!
2008-03-12 [nathie]: awesome drawings! reminds me of the stuff we did in school too, it´s overall the same in the world! i adore especially the hand studies!
