Background:Vicerates background was unknown, accept that he lived his childhood in an isolated community that had many that were force sensitive. After words Vicerate travelled the galaxy, Vicerate was wanted by both JEdi and Sith due to the fact he can follow the path both of dark and light. He then joined the sith.(more later)
