Fern/Luki/Dean/ & Aspen.


Luki sat in one of the many seats. Well this sounds like it's going to be interesting. He thought.

Aspen kept herself immaterial to watch the entire Opera House. It gave new meaning to the words "the walls have ears".

"Welcome to the Opera Nova!" Fern declared with her usual dramatic flair as she opened the double doors for her and Dean to enter. The place was in a state of mild disrepair, but it was plain the the marble staircases, gilded statues and velvet seats once made the building a grand place of sophistication and luxury.

Dean looks at the inside of the Opera house. “Not bad. It gives new meaning to 'hiding in plain sight',” Dean said as he walked behind Fern.

"Nova has enough people wrapped around her finger or quivering in fear that she can afford a little indiscrestion..." Fern replied with a bit of envy tinting her voice.

"How true about her frigidness." A raspy whisper followed by an all too familiar giggle was heard. "Our newest maestro is in the third row from the stage." Aspen advised. "Why don't you go say hello?"

Luki stood up a turned to greet Fern & Dean. "So you two must be the friends Nova wanted me to meet. It's a pleasure to meet you." Luki said with a slight bow.

“I'm Dean Blackfire,” Dean said holding out his hand.

Luki smiled and shook his hand.

"My name is Fern." Fern smiled amicably, but was still slightly tense from Aspen's presense.

"So the maestro and the ringleader meet at last! Her darkness will be so pleased~" Aspen giggled as she took shape behind them.

"So she wants us to work together now.... Why not have us meet sooner?" Luki asked.

“Maybe she knows about what my sister told me Fern,” Dean said to Fern. “With the gates of hell opening up and all.”

Fern nodded to Dean before raising an eyebrow at Aspen. "Well?"

The ghost shrugged. "How should I know?" Aspen rasped. "I just do what milady asks of me. It's hardly my place to ask..."

“That sounds like something my brother used to say when we was kids,” Dean said smirking. “I wonder if Raven has found him yet.”

"Hmm? Who's side are your sibling on?"Luki asked with a curious smirk.

“My sister hasn't decided yet, and my brother would try and stop us if he found what we are planning,” Dean said to Luki.

"I see...so he's THAT type of person." Luki replied, with a snicker that inplied he didn't like that type of person.

“He is, but the one to watch out for is my nephew,” Dean said frowning a bit. “He can control lightning and will not hesitate to use it to save his dad, my twin brother.”

"Are you willing to hurt your family, if they stand in the way?" Luki asked for the first time with a straight face.

“Yes I am. I've almost killed my brother twice, once in the underworld and then again almost 24 hours ago,” Dean said as a black flame covers his hands.

"I wouldn't have brought him along if he wouldn't." Fern added.

"Hehe...Well sence it's your nephew that is the strongest...We take him out first, by doing that your brother will either be shattered or enraged, if enraged then he won't be thinking clearly." While Luki said this his smile got bigger and bigger.

“My brother is dangerous when enraged. I've seen him almost burn a forest down all because of hunters trying to kill him,” Dean said with a slight smirk. “Once my nephew is out of the way my brother is mine to take care of.”

"As you wish." Fern conceeded as she sat down with a flourish. "You know his skills best, after all." She turned to face Luki. "You must be impressive to earn the name 'maestro'. What is your goal in all this, anyways?"

"Why it's simple....I just what is best for the America." Luki said with a smile that would make one slightly uneasy if it wasn't Fern.

Fern raised an eyebrow. "How so? I doubt Nova would support you if you were another wanna-be hero."

"She wouldn't." Aspen chimed in. "Too dull for her tastes."

“Once we are ready, the human government won't know what hit it,” Dean said sitting down and forming a dagger out of the flames covering his left hand.

"Hahaha I'm nothing like that. In fact I've been called evil quite a lot...I know don't know of anyone who want to live in a place like this....so I end it for them." Luki stated with a straight face at the end.

"Understandable." Fern nodded before her voice took a flamboyant tone. "Personally, I'd rather better the world than empty it completely..." Then her voice turned pleasant and her amicable smile returned. "So I just weed out the weaklings and goody-goodies instead~"

Luki smiled. "Those ones are the most annoying so it's perfectly understandable."

“I like the way you think,” Dean said looking over at Luki. “We could've worked well together if you was around in 2012.”

"Ooh~" Aspen cooed. "And it was so much fun watching them squirm in the Blood Games!" She added with a giggle as she shook Fern's shoulder excitedly.

Fern regarded Aspen with a blank expression before turning back to the other two. "I think this should work out just fine~"

"As do I"Luki stated with a grin.

"Hehehe here it is!" Loshya sang happily.

"Whoa, cool!" Seth said looking up at the opera house.

"Told you! I love it... And everything still works!" Loshya said.

"Really?" Seth said looking back at Loshya.

"Yeah come on I'll show you." Loshya said opening the doors.

"Alright." Seth said following Loshya.

"YOU IDIOT!! I leave you alone for a day and you go to hell and get in a fight! You're lucky I got you when I did!" A brown haired man with green eyes yelled at a black haired person that could be a girl or boy. "What's worse is your portal didn't even take us to the right place!"

Seth blinked, "What do you think is going on?" He whispered to Loshya.

"Not sure" Loshya replied.

The boy and Boy-girl continued to argue while a young girl with them tried to interrupt. "Guests..... Guests...... WE HAVE GUESTS!!" The girl yelled then the Green eyed boy turned toward them. "_{Huh? How did they get here} Um sorry... What are you doing here though?"

"We just came to admire the opera house, is that a problem?" Seth asked with a slight glare.

"No that's fine!"The boy-girl replied placing a hand on the green eyed guys shoulder. "Owww~." The green one quietly growled as the he-she removed it's hand for a hand shake. "I'm Darryl.

"Loshya." Loshya replied but didn't shake its hand.

"I'm Seth." Seth said not moving from Loshya's side.

"I'm Haniko." The girl said with a slight bow.

"*sigh* I'm Blaine." The green eyed man said with a nod.

"Nice to meet you." Seth said, but he clearly didn't mean it.

"You don't seem to mean that." Darryl said with a fake pout.

"Well this has been interesting but we have a long trip to make... So let's get going." Blaine said as he walked towards one of the doors.

"Wait... They might want to came with us." Haniko said looking at Seth and Loshya.

"I didn't." Seth said to Darryl before turning to look at Haniko, "Where are you going?"

"First, what do you think of the government?" Haniko asked.

Loshya quietly laughed to herself.

Seth hissed angrily at the word government.

Haniko smiled. "What if you had the opportunity to bring the government to it's knees?"

Seth raised an eyebrow, "How?"

"Anythings possible with strong allies." Haniko replied. "If you want to know more... Feel free to come with us."

Loshya looked at Seth as if to say. "We have nothing to lose, right?"

Seth looked at Loshya before answering, "Fine."

Loshya took Seth's hand before following them.

After going outside Blaine made a tunnel in the ground. "You first Darryl."

Darryl smiled and went in followed by Haniko.

Seth watched as the others went into the tunnel.

"Well...lets go." Loshya said as she walked with Seth into the tunnel.

Seth sighed as he followed Loshya into the tunnel.

"Okay watch your footing.I'm going to make this quick!"Blaine said as the ground under them started moving faster abd faster.

"_{Show off}" Darryl mumbled.

Seth gently squeezed Loshya's hand when they started to move.

Haniko looked nervous and practically hugged the ground intell Loshya reached out her other hand so Haniko could take it.

It was pouring down rain and a werecat boy was walking down the street, 'D*** this rain!' He thought to himself as he spotted the opera house and ducked inside to get out of the rain.

"Of course! I find them rather entertaining actually." A female's voice stated.

"That's good to hear... I'm slightly disappointed at how little the cat reacted.... But keep an eye on him and the Earth demon, please." Another female replied. This female didn't have much emotion in her voice besides a disappointed sigh.

The werecat boy blinked as he shook the water from his hair and slowly but quietly moved towards the voices.

There was a dark haired man around 6'3", and two females one with long straight black hair, the other had medium length wavy silver hair. The silver haired one now spoke. "I could stir him up a bit.... But why do you want me to keep an eye on them?"

The black haired woman spoke now. "Those two never really seemed to enjoy the games as much as everyone else... They're close to my precious entertainer so they might be able to weaken her faith in me."

"Hehe I'll kill them if I see any signs of betra..." The silver haired woman didn't finish she was now looking around.

'Crap! Did she see me?!' The werecat boy wondered as he ducked back behind the wall he had been watching them from.

"I beleive we have a guest."The black haired woman said.

"I have to agree. You can come out! It's cold by the doors!" The silver haired woman stated.

'D***, she saw me.' The werecat boy thought as he turned and came around the corner so the people in the room can see him.

"Oh my your drenched!" The black haired woman exclaimed and gave the man a nod. The man quickly vanished. "He'll get you a change of clothes. I'm Nova by the way."

"I'm drenched because I got caught in the rain... I'm Todd." Todd said eyeing Nova cautiously and not moving from the doorway.

"I'm Celest." The wavy Silver haired woman said with a smile

The man reappeared by Todd holding a change of cloths, he pointed out the bathroom.

Todd glanced at the area the man pointed before suspiciously looking at the clothes and hesitantly took them from the man, "Thanks..." He said going to the bathroom.

The bathroom was just as flashy as the rest of the opera house.

Todd groaned as he shut the door, "This place is too d*** flashy." He said as he checked the clothes thoroughly for any tracking devices or listening devices before changing.

The clothes looked like something out of the 19th century with laces and odd frills that fall from the collar. "Do you need any help sir?" The male's voice called.

"Uh... Yeah, what's with all of these D*** laces and frills?!" Todd yelled getting slightly annoyed.

The young man came in and helped him with his clothes. "Sorry Mistress has a flare for the dramatic."

"Is that why she lives in an opera house?" Todd asked curiously as the man helped him with the clothes.

"She doesn't live here. She simply likes doing business here." He replied finishing the laces.

"Oh... Well it's still a bit weird." Todd said.

"Perhaps... And you're all done." The man replied. (it was hard to tell what his emotion was)

"Thanks..." Todd said looking in the mirror. "Ugh! I look ridiculous... But at least these clothes are dry."

"Ridiculous?" The man looked down at his old fashion butler outfit. "Hmm It doesn't look to bad on you sir." He stated opening the door.

"Oh... Uh... I'm just not used to this style..." Todd said grabbing his wet clothes.

"It... Takes some getting used to." He replied but didn't seem sure of what he was saying.

"I suppose." Todd said with a shrug. 'Hopefully this will be the first and only time I have to wear these clothes.' He thought.

"You look wonderful!" Nova stated clapping.

"Do you have a place to stay?" Celest asked.

'Ugh! Is she serious?!' Todd thought before looking at Celest, "No, I don't."

"Hmmm do you have any skills?" Celest asked looking him over. "From your stance I'd say your good at fighting?"

Todd nodded, "Yeah, just hand to hand though... I'd suck in a gun fight."

"Hmm do you need a job?" Celest asked.

"A job...? What kind of job?" Todd asked half curious half suspicious as he looked Celest over.

"Body guard... Of sorts." Celest replied.

"Body Guard? For who?" Todd asked.

"Me!" Celest giggled.

"I guess... Who do you need protection from?" Todd asked.

"Oh different people... But I doubt you'll even have to do much, after all it is a mansion filled with fighters and gunners that you'll be guarding me at." Celest giggled.

"If you have a mansion full of fighters and gunners what do you need me for?" Todd asked curiously.

"*sigh* Well hardly any of them work for me and besides If I leave the mansion to do business I need someone to protect me." Celest explained.

"Hmm... Alright then, why not?" Todd said with a shrug.

"Wonderful! Edgar... Do you mind?" Celest asked the man before turning and giving Nova a bow.

Edgar nodded before placing a hand on Clest's shoulder and reaching a hand out to Todd.

Todd glanced at Edgar's hand suspiciously.

"I need your hand... Unless you don't want to come to the mansion." Edgar stated.

"Oh..." Todd said as he hesitantly took Edgar's hand.
