Notes:

1. Johnny Hotbody defeated Larry Winters for the title. Title was vacated on September 12, 1992 when Hotbody broke his ankle in his title victory.

2. Glenn Osbourne defeated The Sandman in a tournament final. Title was vacated in February of 1993.

3. Jimmy Snuka defeated Glenn Osbourne in a 8-man tournament final for the title.

4. Sabu pinned Terry Funk in a tag team match where the title can change hands.

5. Shane Douglas defeated Chris Jericho, Pitbull #2, and 2 Cold Scorpio in a 4-man elimination match.

6. Rob Van Dam was stripped of the title on March 11, 2000 due to an injury. Super Crazy defeated Rhino to win the title in a tournament final.

7. Yoshihiro Tajiri defeated Super Crazy and Little Guido to win the title in a three way match.
