Information: Pilot of Zenoah-C-R-Luhma-Klein. He is kind and softspoken, but he has a complicated side of him that prefers to be alone, yet hates that about himself. He speaks politely, and he is slender. Whenever something happens, he is considerate and helps others. He did not like his EX (telepathy) and avoided contact with others, but he gets comfortable with others by communicating with other pilots (especially Gareas Elidd). He has a younger half-brother, Erts Virny Cocteau, but not much of his family is known.

As a candidate, Ernest stayed by himself, because of his EX (ability to read others' minds by contact). Gareas was the first person to talk to him by "voice." Gareas quickly moved up to be one of the top candidates, and as a result of his powerful EX, he became secluded. Ernest was the only one who was able to hear Gareas' inner cries of help, and he decides to become a pilot to control Gareas' strength.
