Abilities/powers: Sasaiya is a shape shifter, she has the ability to turn into an animal after touching it. Over the years she has discovered some new aspects of her ability as well as limitations. The animal she touches does not have to be alive, this has allowed her to take on the forms of extinct animals, but they can not be too small or too large (She is not able to turn into anything small than a rabbit or larger than a horse for instance) Some forms are easier to take on than others, aquatic and reptilian forms being two of the hardest, and though she can hold multiple forms, one will always be dominant and if a form is not used often enough her body will”forget” it.
Her current dominant form is that of the long extinct Saber-Toothed Cat, but she also uses some of the local wildlife to better blend in such as the great horned owl, gray wolf, and New England cotten-tail rabbit. She also contains the form of a Thylacine (AKA the Tasmanian Tiger, extinct since 1930), for sentimental reasons.

General appearance: Sasaiya has gained a bit more muscle, but without losing any of her natural curves. Her hair is long with slight waves, parted on the right side. Her scars have faded some what and she has also gotten a little darker from spending most of her time outside.
Aditional appearance: Still wearing tank tops and jeans and she has also for gone any kind of piercings or tattoos. She wears a plain gold band on her left ring finger despite the fact that she has been divorced for some time.
Personality: Very guarded , she is hesitant to form close relationships with others, preferring to keep mostly to herself. Among the things she's learned since leaving Xavier's Mansion are patience and the ability to stay calm, she is also much harder to make angry and has worked on not taking things as personally as she used to.
Special Skills: Takes blows very well, great in a fight, and good at surveillance using a few of her secondary forms

Brief History: Sasaiya spent less than a year in the mansion, and after some traveling around she met a young paleontologist name Henry. They became friends over time and after finding out about Sasaiya's power convinced her to help them research long extinct animals. It was Henry who helped her discover that she could take on the form of long dead animals and she used the ability to give the paleontologist
s live models of the creatures they were studying. A little ways down the road their relationship changed and they became closer, eventually marrying, but the marriage was short lived and by the time Sasaiya was twenty-five they were already filing for divorce due to some affairs on Henry's part. During all this Sasaiya had managed to stay under the grid, but when things started getting serious it was only natural for her to join the MLA, never having trusted the government.
