Abilities/powers: Vibrations. Halo can localize them to a specific body part or transfer the equilibrium point to an object. Her range of vibratory strength can range from scarcely perceptible to highly destructive.

She's also successfully figured out how to work with the resonance of barriers on a larger scale, and can now literally walk through walls without destroying the matter. It is not teleportation, and she cannot take anyone or anything that's not immune to her powers with her, however.

Age/Date of Birth: 26; her assigned birthdate is September 17th.
 
General appearance: Halo has what appear to be Middle Eastern qualities; considering that she knows nothing of her birth family, however, she's not certain, nor does she really care to find out. The woman is tall; 6' 2", and has, in the past nine years, added a little well-proportioned weight and muscle to her previously thin build. Her intense eyes are coppery with bold, dramatically arched eyebrows over top, and her rich, dark brown hair is cut on the short side so that it forms a bit of a wily frame about her head and face, with one curl landing, without fail, right in the middle of her forehead.
 
Additional Appearance: There is an unnatural, shiny-flecked, shimmery quality to both her hair and deep olive skin, a rather subtle physical mutation, in the grand scheme of things, like mica is embedded within her. The woman's alias was primarily derived from the fact that when she uses her body as the equilibrium point for her power, she reflects any available light, causing a halo to form around her pulsing, blurred body. This also makes it difficult for people to zero-in on her as a target.

Personality: Although she is still independent, blunt and practically unshakeable despite the circumstances, Halo has developed something of a saucy, flippant attitude toward... well, everything, and she's rarely seen without a smirk pulling at one side of her mouth, like she's got a secret she just isn't willing to share. She is prudent, logical and calculating, and reliable and fiercely loyal to her MLA associates.
  
Special Skills: Morse code, military phonetic alphabets and covert communication.

Place of birth: As a newborn, she was anonymously abandoned at a fire station in Bar Nunn, Wyoming. Presumably, that is where she was also born.
  
Weapon(s) of choice: As average weapons aren't made to withstand her power, she carries a garrote of the same material that her power-resistant clothing is made from, but she'd still rather pulverize someone with her powers alone.
 
Medical information: Nowadays, Halo walks with a limp. She was injured at the Nowak Estate as the agency charged with more or less stealing the life work and holdings of the dead technokinetic doctor, tried to sieze her-- a falling fragment of building broke her pelvis, left leg and arm.
 
Brief History: Compared to some of the other students, Halo's stay at the mansion was relatively short, and she retreated back to her 'home' in Wyoming's Big Horn Mountains, only to find that an agency hired by the government had infiltrated the compound, started to liquidate the estate's assets and pillage the classified research that had culminated in her deceased mutant benefactor's legacy.
 
Halo was captured after a standoff wherein she was seriously injured (please see 'Medical Information') as she collapsed one of the outbuildings on a group of armed personnel tasked with subduing her. Successfully taken captive, she was spirited away to a research facility to recover while researchers went-over the material taken from the Nowak estate with a fine-toothed comb. However, after numerous escape attempts as soon as she could walk again, Halo was eventually shipped off to the New York City containment area, where she joined the MLA faction without a second thought.
