PS3 has nice graphics and a huge game library and exclusive games and also it's new Online and PC-like capablilities such as Linux etc
Wii has the Wii-mote and a few Nintendo exclusives.

I don't think Wii's online will be anything special. it's Nintendo's first time going online. They're inexperienced and it won't rival Xbox Live or Sony Online.

But the Wii Conect 24 (that's the name) shouldn't have any other options that connecting players, so there is no reason it should fail. Playing Pokémon online won't require much, and I guess other games won't either.
Link is right-handed in the Wii version so we can use the sword with the right hand too...

Oh and Liquid, every console that comes out is buggy to begin with, but these are fixed with certain things called Downloadable Updates & Patches now. I don't plan to get a PS3 till Xmas 2007, then i'll get a 360 or a Wii in 2008 :P My consoles and PC will keep me entertained till then. I still have alot of past gen games to complete anyway.

I actually played Twilight Princess on wii. ITS SO COOL. But. the i was way to close. so the controls were sorta shitty. but otherwise cool. I think Gamecube will be easier to play.

"Why would the Wii Connect 24 be lesser than PS3's or 360's?" That's like saying "Why is Xbox live better than Dreamcast online?" lol. I won't bother to explain because it's so obvious and i think i've explained it in one of my previous posts.
Some people like the Wii controls, others hate it. People have complained that there is a few seconds delay when you swing the wii-mote and also that the strap breaks easily, others say their arms get tired, but you can connect Gamecube controllers into the Wii, unfortunately many Wii games don't support Gamecube controllers, such as Zelda: TP.
"A Wii connected to internet with cable will have the same results than a PS3 connected to the net with cable." That's not true. How can you say it's the same? Have you even played on Wii Connect? No i didn't think so...
Oh and [Gray Fox] you don't make any sense at all. PS3 has just as many good launch titles as the Wii, Rayman is multi-platform

I don't do .5 it's stupid :P The battle system isn't great, graphics are beautiful in some areas but theres ugly textures in others >_> i would have prefered proper music instead of midi crap :/ and voice acting wouldn't hurt... camera angle messes up during battles sometimes and I dont like that lag when you hit an enemy suddenly the framerate freezes for like a second :S whats up with that? Apart from all that, the game has a great story and nice visuals and you get to be a wolf so it's fun :P 9/10 is a good score. I like it more than Windwaker and Ocarina of Time so it's my fav Zelda so far. It reminds me of Kingdom Hearts, Okami and Shadow of the Colossus mixed into one game XD

Speaking of Zelda, of course the Wii version is much more beautiful. What's up with the musics though? I couldn't hear them because I was in a store playing, but they should be great... And for voice acting... well, it is known since long that Nintendo will never voice-act a Zelda. For the freezing when you hit an enemy, it is done on purpose too. It is artistic. From what I playes, I like it more than TWW, but not OOT yet. Wait and see till I get it.

The Wii version is identical to the Cube, it's just a port of a Gamecube game, the only way it'll look better on Wii is if you play it on a HDTV at 480p

And no, it is not a port. If you have eyes, and put the two next to each other, you'll see a big difference. The GC cannot process Wii graphics, and Zelda takes the Wii graphics quite high.
I don't know what midi is. As long as the melodies are cool I do not care. They must match the surrondings, not appear to be played right in your room with a entire symphonical orchestra besides you.
And no, no voice acting in Zelda, never. Link is not supposed to have a voice and never will. Nintendo will not change on that, and you'll have to put up with it.
As for the framerate, it IS artistic and it was already like that in TWW. And once again, put up with it. Most players love it.

Midi is a type of sound file. Used alot of the time for ringtones, and other things that dont need high quality. And The graphics on wii arent THAT much better. Very slight change, in my opinion. Framerater pause? yeah. Artistic. That makes sense. Or not. This game is really good. I've been playing on GC and got passed the Forest temple. But. It starts out alot harder than OOT or Windwaker.
Also. I think this game would be ALOT harder on Wii. Moving around. Would just be difficult. I have played it on wii. I like it. But I like it better on C

Yes the Wii version is a port and i already told you the Wii version looks slightly better because it can upscale to 480p on a HDTV. It also supports widescreen mode while the Cube version doesnt. You really should learn to read properly :P lol. No the freezing of framerate is not artistic at all -_-; It was less obvious in TWW and it suited the visual style of TWW anyway.
I agree that TP is harder than OOT or TWW, in terms of puzzles and finding out where to go and what to do next, but the enemy A.I is pretty dumb. The bosses are fun though. I got past the Forest Temple too!
Yeah to play HD-DVD's on the 360 you have to buy the add-on. But i was talking about normal DVD's for the Wii, it can't play HD-DVD's but normal DVD's would have been nice. It can't play many multimedia formats either, as far as movies go, only jpeg movies and .mov movies. While the PS3 can play every multimedia >: ) muwhahahahaa!

I know what I am talking about, TP is a Wii game on the GC and not the other way around. I'll get the Nintendo Power issue that will make you shut up on this. And the Wii should, as Nintendo said many, many times, display graphics a little better than a X-Box and no more. Now, the two GC is still more than a X-Box, so I don't know where you get your info but it seems wrong.
Link won't have a voice for this reason: Players must identify with him, and make him talk themselves. In Super Mario RPG and Paper Marios, and even in Mario and Luigi, the heroes do not have voices, and this will not change.
Maybe the freezing was better suited to TWW because when you hit an enemy you got music at the same time, and that made the fights look more artistic. This time, no music during the fights, but still the freezing. I like the freezing. It goes like Matrix a little. Imagine: when you fish an enemy, the action completely freezes and the camera rotates around Link. Well, that's the exact same principle made much, much shorter çause it would be annoying to do that at each enemy. That's the same thing that is used in Kingdom Hearts when you finish a Boss and FFXII for boss finishing also. You're just being negative.
The PS3 can play every multimedia, but can't a DVD player can play any DVD? And that's be much cheaper too.

Just look in KH when you finish a boss, there is a blur effect, the action slows, then freezes.

The Zune seems cool, it has alot of bad points about it, but i've never used one, can't say for sure. I'll stick to PSP for handheld multimedia needs :P
MGS2 would have been great if you could play as Solid Snake all the way through and if the ending made more sense.

yeah Sons of liberty woulda been cool with snake as the main. It actually pissed me off alot when Snake breaks the Stealth camo. They just shouldn't of had it in the opening ahaha
Some of my friends have zunes. They seem awesome. Big screen is a plus.
The only problem I see with PSP is memory. the most you can get is like a 4 gb card. But a Zune is 30gb.

The PS3 is like a PC and PC's get very hot, if you've ever opened your PC you'll know how hot it gets, it's normal. The fan inside the PS3 should keep it cool enough to operate normally, but i wouldn't reccomend playing for over 3 hours at a time. Besides it's not healthy to play that much, really you're supposed to take a ten minute break every half an hour :P (but who does that really? XD lol)
Oh and congrats on getting a girlfriend :P
