Fairytale Bestiary

Dragons: They are the most saught after creatures since knight's want for glory. However, only seven alive in the world. Each Dragon has an individual breath, which ranges from fire, freezing to even the breath of life, the rarest ability.

Elves: They are a knit tight community, with very few loners. Elfin powers derange from the four elements; fire, water, earth, and air. At the most the greatest elf can only contro two elements. They live in the 2nd Kingdom.

Imps: There are 3 different types of imps. Impets, which are the lowest kind of imps. They are tiny, green creatures that have low intelect and make squicky sounds, they are foot soliders. An Impod is a level higher in intellegence and a tad bigger. They also have control over fire. An Emeror Imp has the ability to take a human shape, and the most pwerful Emperor Imp is the Imp King. All three imps are tricksters. They are found in the 5th Kingdom

Banshee: A beautiful maiden that died before their time by the beytrayle of , and as a result haunts the land, unable to die. They usualy have pure white hair and a wail that causes men's ear drum to burst. Women are uneffected by their wail. Picture of Banshee at Tyradias Banshee

Fey: Consist of small fairies, pixies and Sidhe. Sidhes are human sized faires without wings. They difference between a fairy and pixie is that faires' powers are to help the land grow and purify water. And Pixies' powers are to purifiy the air and a human soul. They tend to live in the forest in the 3rd Kingdom.

Humans: Humans live all over the kingdoms. They can be simple presents, witches, wizards, sorcerer, mages, scholars, and even knights and kings. (Must Be specific about what you are)

Dwarf: They are small people who live deep in the mountians, who create the strongest weapons and beautifulest jewlery. All the royal crowns , and the crown of the gods, have been made by them. They usually caryy hammers and/or axes. Their powers are rooted in the earth, giving them the ability to move rock and stone at will. They are found in the 4th Kingdom

Wolves: They are strange character indeed. Most are human's with the highten senses and eyes of a wolf. However, a few can turn into a wolf; although, it is a quite painfull experience and they rarely turn back. They are usualy found in the 6th Kingdom. The most famous is the wolf that married Red Riding hood.

Darkilings/Shades: They are creatures made up of the souls of the dead. They need souls as food to survive because if they a month without a soul, they pass onto the realm of the dead. They are usually wonder around the world, a yellow ring around their irisis being the only way to tell them a part from a human. Powers residing in the shadows.

Mermaids: They are beautiful and entrancing women to the point where they can control the person's mind. They can breath underwater and water is their element. Sirens will develop a large fish tail when they jump into water, they can control the change but they must be wet when they change. They are most powerful in this form. The Siren's royal family have the basic power to control you if you look into their eyes, but a few powerful individuals. Found in the 7th Kingdom See picture of at The Sirens 

Lich: A lich is a powerful sorcerer who has transformed their body into a living corpse; they do not age, or need food and instead rely solely on sleeping and the energy of living organisms. Lich's are often isolated and aloof individuals who have lost much of their humanity during the process of transformation. They are often generalised by others as being 'evil' or 'wicked', however most of the time they are pretty indifferent and neutral. Found in the 8th Kingdoms.

Nightmare: Nightmares or Skeletal steeds are undead horses. They are one of the greatest aids to the undead. These are the bodies of great war-horses that are brought back to the unlife by necromantic powers. Nightmares unlike mortal horses have the ability to move through terrain that might be blocking their path they can move though walls and dense vegetation with ease. They tend to have flames around their hooves and possibly manes and tails. Usually have color patterns of red and black.

Book Worms/Book Fae: Bookworms exist wherever books gather in large quantities. It's rare but sometimes the books when gathered together can gain a sort of awareness of things and the power to affect their surroundings. When this happens, one bookworm in the area goes into a cocoon like a butterfly and emerges as a Book Fae. Book Fae are very rare little creatures that keep control of the awareness of gathered knowledge in libraries and such, to keep it from harming itself or others. The Book Fae are sometimes thought to be related to brownies because they take care of the libraries they live in, though no one really notices the work they do. They also tend to pick up a certain kind of magic related to the written word called Rune Magic or Paper Magic which is even more rare. Rune magic is the ability to cast specific spells by describing them in the ancient Rune language written wherever convenient. Paper magic is the ability to manipulate anything made of paper into weapons, objects, tools or even creatures.

Sea Serpent: Gigantic snakelike creatures that live in the seas and oceans. They have small pebblelike scales and fins in all sorts of colors. They have limbs though they're so small that they at times seem not to have them at all. They are intelligent creatures and often have magical natures concerning water. Sometimes they can even take an almost human shape. Beware of the sea serpents in the deepest ocean however as these are often violent and have been known to attack and eat entire ships. The one's that come to land however are much more peaceful.
