[peotry...dance to it!]

The Fun Song

"Good Evening" crooned the raven, on the toll of the twelfth hour
As he opened the great wooden doors, to let in all the sour
creatures with faces as cold as their eyes
To enter the ballroom, to seal their demise

Watch as they spin their recited pirouettes
Like the Fates spin the threads to predict future deaths
Listen to the music, music of a thousand violins
Watch as the creatures complete grotesque spins

Don't you see? Magic lies beneath
all of the ribbons and all of the wreaths
Let us drink to the fortune of this Hellish ball
But lo! Do I detect a stranger amongst us all?

Where are you going? Leaving so soon?
Why, my! my friend...you look about to swoon!
You fear the dead? A laughing matter!
What is wrong here? With our wine and silver platters?

You left through the doors, letting fly behind you your cloak
Yet you never made it past the black, foaming moat
Your blood still stains the bridge, even after we removed you
We left it as a reminder to those who fail catching the clue
that we do not tolerate living, unless you're willing to change
So welcome to All-Hallows Eve Eternity! Those seeing past the range
Of a normal mortal's views. One wanting to beat the common knife
Welcome to our home! Prepare for everlasting life!

[.What happens when you're bored.]

Prancing about the Moonlit garden, She seduced with the faintest of lusts
followed by a Pagan lord, cloaked in shadows unnatural
Lightly, the wind rustled the newly fallen leaves...willing intercourse of thrusts
Only to bind the two together again..and again
Though, a quick exchange could be caught...

"We will betray our kinds.....Lest we ever deny.."
"Bitter words speak true of you Lord.." came the whispered reply
"yet all I hold is love.."

Spinning about, the two danced macabre
Together, Lord and Lady, Under the soft and glowing moonrays
As they embraced, fevered, all alone
The moon was fully revealed...Glittering, it shone....

Pausing in their dance, the Lord looked up at the celestial apparation
And gracefully brought his hand to curl around his Lady's throat with the quickest of elavations
His nails pierced her skin, flesh wounds creating..
as he brought his mouth closer to her pale skin..waiting
she uttered the faintests of screams
and he brought his lips to her ear, to calm the fear she recieved

Slowly, he recited Words..more like a song
Not once thinking his acts were in the least bit wrong
He fluidly sank his incisors into her throat
As he Savored her writhing form, he warily made note
that she did not bleed efficiently, as if she'd been bit before
Slowly, he backed away, his fangs already outwore
and behind a mask he watched her fall, letting her slip out of his grasp.
Then he made his well-wrought departure, his wings catching the wind with an almost silent rasp..

Lewis Carrol

Have you ever had the feeling Lewis Carroll's in your closet?
Maybe you're deluded, so unhealty, have you lost it?

Fix your brain up with a bandaid, tie it tight up in a knot.
Hurry, hurry! Faster, faster! Before your memories start to rot!
They will drip, they will flood.
They will crumble just like mud.
They will roll across the floor and your thoughts will be no more.

Have you ever had the feeling Dr. Suess's in your bed?
Maybe you're insane, so uncommon, it's not all just in your head.

Repair your mind with a hammer, stick the nails right in there tight.
Hurry, hurry! Faster, faster! Before it rolls right out of sight!
It will reel, it will spin.
It'll blow up just like a pen.
It will fly across the ground and it will never, ever be found.

Keep your eye on your mind.
Keep your mind on your eye.

It will pop out of it's socket.
It will twist until it's popped it.

Have you ever had the feeling Lewis Carroll's in your closet?

My fellow cabineteers!
Want to sing our anthem?

We all live in a wooden, dank world!
We all sing in a wooden, dank chord!

We are all children of the tulip family.
And we are all the same in the way we all see.

Our heads are full of fluff, and our eyes see no light
Yet we ouwit all of the others, all the ones who sleep at night.

see as they try, they can't understand why
Their kidnies disappear and their fishies all die.

I am the Night

I am the night.
I sheild the finest theives.
I am the wind
that rustles the trees.

Even when you can't see me;
I am always there.
The darkness in your day.
The current in your hair.

And while you are sleeping
I seep right through your dreams.
To turn your thoughts to blackness
To supply your silken screams.

I am with you every moment
I see everything you do.
And though I am silent
I sing and speak like you.

My tunes are through the stars
that wink, sparkle, and twinkle.
My voice is through the trees
that groan, sigh, and tinkle.

I am the night.
I am the wind.
I see all through your life
until your very end.

The Fates.

Clotho, the first controlling fate.
A maiden bound by her service
to the servants of her hate.

She spins the thread of destiny
Unsurfaced, lie her thoughts.
Trapped inside her own young mind.
Her body slowly rots.

Lachesis, the second Fate
A lady of the prudest.
Even though she still thinks young, aging, she will wait.

She measures the thread of destiny
Unnerving, she stands tall.
Tied to her wooden ruler,
her legs have yet to fall.

Atropos, our final fate
Thin beyond her age,
her eyes are preening for lost souls who's lives were ripped too late.

She cuts the thread of destiny
with large, unrusting scissors.
Her mind reels with thoughts of old
when blood, like rain, had drizzled

Daughters of Night
Who spin the thread.
Who Unlock the future
Who invent the dead.
