Eye color/shape: His eyes are ice blue and are almond shaped.
Hair color/style: Xavier has blonde hair that is kept sort in the back but long in the front. When I say front, I mean his bangs and they are 4 inches passed his jawline and chin.
Face specifics: He takes most of his qualities from his mother such as his face alignments and structure. He has a slender face, no pudgy cheeks like a lot of people have, average size lips and a nice sized nose for his face. But, he also take qualities from his father on certain occasions such as his face does look rough and mean some of the time, but most of the time it is gentle looking and elegant. He has a few good scars across his cheek and one across his nose that never seemed to heal up properly.
Body specifics: Like metioned, Xavier takes a lot of his qualities from his mother's side of the gene flow. He has a dainty frame, slender rib cage, slender hips, and long legs and arms with delicate looking hands at the ends of them. He does have a good muscle build like that of a male athilete though. Basically, you could say he looks somewhat like a female if not looked at closely, but in the right lighting and whatnot he looks like a pretty boy type man.
History: There are four Temples that guard the seas, North, South, East, and West. All are governed by women - they are the descendents of Kail himself and born of the decedents of his offspring. When the time is right to train the next Priestess in succession, the women take a man into their bed - only on this night will they conceive a child, most readily female. These babes will be the next in line of the Priestess hood and be trained first acolytes and then as Maidens of the Sea. Once their mother's time of guarding is up, they will assume the roles as High Priestesses. This was to be Xavier's life when he was born, but alas he was a male and males cannot the a Priestess of the temple.
Instead, Xavier was taken from the temple and sent to his mother's birth place..A human city. His mother was sent back to her place as well because Kail found no purpose for her to make babes if she couldn't produce a female offspring. He was raised all alone by his mother and his father was never spoke of until he was of age to hear of him. By the time he was 15 his mother told him about his father, how he was the God of the Seas and Oceans. How he ruled with an iron fist and hated humans for what they do with the waters on the Earth. This made Xavier nervous knowing he was part human, but it didn't stop him to start a journey to find his father. After a few years of traveling he had caught sight of his father, but found it near impossoble to get near him out of nervousness and lack of swimming gear(when he didn't know he could also control water). A few more years later, after he got most of his abilities in water control, he approached his father and explained who he was. It kind of leaves off at this point.

Personality: Sometimes he is shy, but this is only caused by some fear of the unknown and untrusted, such as him being around his father knowing that he hates humans...him being half human and all. He can be extremely obnoxious, but mainly sticks to being laid back, friendly, and restless. He dislikes humans but he can tolerate being around them and can endure their pointless arguements.
Sexual preference: He likes females and is a complete flirt just like his father.
Relations: None
Special abilities/talents: Xavier can control water lke his father and has been learning to morph it into shapes, mold it around his body, mold it around others' bodies, and even mold it around inanimant objects. He can summon a few animals out of thin air when he needs them, not water animals but some types of land mamals. He is a hunter so he can shoot a bow better than he can control water so I guess that counts as a talent. Along with hunting, he explores the lands and seas in search of new ways to replenish aquatic and land creatures alike. One last ability is that he can change water into a living thing or an inaniment thing, like, if he makes some water into an inanimant object replica he can actually make it into an inanimant object.
