Frikadeller
Ingredients
1lb lean pork, cut into small cubes
1 small onion, peeled and cut into quarters or onion powder
2 tablespoons plain flour
salt and pepper
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of milk
oil for deep frying
Method
- Combine pork and onion (or onion powder) in a food processor until mixture is fine.
- Add the flour.
- Add the egg and milk mix.
- Mix well in the food processor.
- With clean, floured hands, roll into small balls.
- Heat oil.
- Cook frikadeller until brown.
- Drain on folded kitchen paper.
