Frost in the Night


Gone and alone without a trace; as if expunged from life.
Not cared for any longer is what has happened to such a gifted person in life.
She was extolled by all who loved her; especially her fans.
She sat writing her new poem “Those who are forgotten are always remembered” pondering over the thoughts about the years past.
She was the biggest author yet in life, she won many awards for her great poetry, and was extolled by all.
A few years later now she is only known by those who still adore her.
How lonely it is to be forgotten, is it not?
She gives up on the object and throws it on the marble floor.
She breaks down, remember the fame she once had that is no longer there.
Falling for miles into blue and white is what happens next.
It never ends and neither does the forgetfulness.
How can people be so cruel and heartless? That is one of the many questions,
that are still left unanswered to the world.
What comforts her next is silk white on her skin,
to sooth the hurtful pain that has surrounded her.
Next comes the carelessness that signifies no more pain in her eyes, or emotions.
She has left and has been remembered by all since the day she was forgotten.
She wrote for the purpose of them not herself.
