Clothing: Covered almost head to toe in blue arab-looking garb, complete with a face mask and turban (keffiyeh). Every piece of fabric is accentened with some kind of bauble or filigree.

Body Modifications: Of the few areas left uncovered, it appears that she only has her ears pierced, though those are heavily bedecked.

Profile

Personality: Quiet and polite, on first impression. She is not shy, or afraid to interact with others, just likes to take her time getting to know people. Usually, in one-on-one situations, she'll open up much faster with someone, and can easily become friendly. Once she gets close to a person, she does everything in her power to support them or help them with their goals. Her mood is generally cheerful, though she does her best to remain level-headed, she can get pretty reckless in a fight. So in a situation where a friend is in need, she'll do whatever it takes to save them, regardless of the risks.

Weaknesses: She's pretty trusting of strangers. Her passion and devotion can cause her to make impulsive decisions when a friend is in danger. Her armor is more decorative than defensive, as her defenses come completely from Blue Magic. This causes her to take damage easily in battle, should she not have the proper spells for the fight.

Abilities: Decent with a sword, but relies heavily on Blue Magic. Simply enough, Blue Magic gives her the ability learn the offensive and defensive abilities of other creatures. She can then use these like a magic spell, to cast on herself or other. She only has the ability to cast a single spell at a time, and each takes a few moments at least of solid concentration for Lyanth to cast.

Home: San D'Oria, with permanent apartments in Jeuno and Whitegate.

History: Born in the capital city of San D'Oria, Lyanth started her life as any other normal Elvaan child. By reaching the age of maturity, she had caught the Adventuring bug, and enlisted with the San D'Orian militia as a freelance agent. After completing a few successful missions, she was noticed by a prominent Adventuring society, and was accepted into Pink Pucca. With them, she was able to grow in ranks at the San D'Orian militia, as well as discover many different lands and classes. She found her favorites were Blue Mage and Beastmaster. Both of these take the monsters that she battled and turned their powers against them, one through learning their abilities and the other through taming the creates as pets.

To become a Blue Mage, Lyanth had to journey to the distant Empire of Aht Urhgan. There she sought out the Immortals, an elite unit of the Imperial Special Forces. Upon completing their tests, she was granted with the ability to use Blue Magic. With the tutelage of the Immortals and the members of her adventuring society, she gained a great amount of skill in Blue Magic, so much so that she was granted the right to wear the official garments of an Immortal and carry an Immortal's Scimitar. Lyanth was proud to use her abilities to personally serve the Crown of San D'Oria, and most recently defeating the Shadow Lord with the assistance of her adventuring society to bring her world of Vana'Diel closer to peace.

Aside from her adventures and skills, Lyanth has spent most of spare time with her best friend, a female Hume Dragoon named Piper. They met early when they both where starting out at the Pink Pucca, and frequently went on missions together. While their races and histories were very different, the two women became well know as a reliable mercenary team. On matters of the heart, Lyanth has only had a few encounters with men, and while at one point she may have been in love, she isn't any more.
