Appearance: Bright red hair that makes it impossible to hide adequately. Muddy brown eyes. Tall and curvy, built like an Amazonian warrior. Usually wears a white shirt and brown breeches, covered by a dark cloak. Wears a rune stone on a necklace around her neck, which aids in the production of fire.

History: Being born the only child, Amberlyn was the only choice her father had for a protegé. Her mother taught her the basics of being a girl, and later on being a woman, while her father taught her to fight, and eventually to kill. She learned from a blacksmith how to fix armor and weaponry, but was soon ridiculed by the villagers and forced to leave her home at an early age, around 14. Unable to find a safe place to stay, the survival skills her father taught were put to good use.

Amberlyn was never able to find a place she could call "home", but did stay with a musician and his protegé for quite some time. The musician taught his student, his student taught Amberlyn. She stayed with them until she was about 19, but once again, she had to leave. Only later did she find that the student who had been teaching her, the boy she fell in love with, was killed. The village blamed her, saying he died in a fire caused by her "witch craft". Since then, Amberlyn took up jobs that encouraged her use of her powers, hoping that she would finally be able to control them instead of her fear of her powers controlling her. She continues to play the violin.

Special Abilities: Her natural ability to produce fire, given to her by her mother.

Items / weaponry: Sword and dagger.

Other information: Amberlyn has an uncanny knack for music and playing musical instruments. Her favorite would be her violin.
