The Hello! Stickers Rules

Most of these are no-brainer's, but I want a solid reference I can point people at.


The Prerequisites

If you want to have a Hello! Sticker, your house must not be breaking the Uploading Art Rules in any way. If you are not familiar with them, read through that wiki and make any neccessary adjustments to your presentation.

If you have any questions about the rules, please ask. :)

You will find a link at the bottom of this page. Make sure you go there and sign your name before placing a request.


The Process

Next, you will go to the Request page and fill out a form that looks like this -

Username:
Border:
Name:
Code?:

The username is of course your screen name.

The border is the color sticker you want. If you want an exact color, include the color's html code (#000000 is black, for example.)

The name is what you want written on your sticker. make sure that you write this exactly how you want it to be on your sticker!! If you misspell a word, I'm going to misspell it too.
 -- To include additional notes about the name, write them in Italics on a line below.

If you are not yet familiar with inlining images in Elftown, put 'yes' in the code? space and I will include a code you can copy&paste when I message you your sticker. Otherwise, you can write 'no' or leave it blank.

Every day or so I will make all the stickers on the list, get them placed into galleries and mailed out to their new owners. If you asked for one, you will get a message like this-


Here is your sticker, please place a link back to Hello! Stickers underneath. :)

The link back helps to spread the world so that more people can get their very own stickers, and so that they aren't mistaken for any of that pre-generated junk that's all over the 'net. But really, who needs that when you can get a Hello! Sticker? :D

You must have the link with the sticker! If you have both of your stickers on one page, you only need the link on one of them. Basically, wherever you've put the stickers, there needs to be a link back.


The Miscellaneous

-You may have a maximum of TWO stickers, but do not request them at the same time.

-Do NOT take other member's stickers, They are personalized to the member who requested them, and it is very easy to tell who they do and do not belong to.

-I can make multi-colored gradients instead of just plain colors.

-When asking for decorative dealy-bobs, please know that they take a while to make. Things that have already been made, and simple shapes are fine.

-Do not fight or argue in the wikis. Chatting and having a good time on Hello! Chat is encouraged.

-You may display your sticker outside of Elftown, but you still need to link back- the exported wiki-url is http://elftown.eu/_Hello!%20Stickers

-Have fun! Now go to Hello! to agree to the rules.
