Face specifics: Sharp chin and cheekbones. Small nose with slits for nostrils. he's got a wide mouth with sharp teeth and cobra like fangs that are hidden in the back part of his mouth. His venom is very poisonous. Starting at his "hair" line and around his face are shiny black scales that dissipate the further down his face you go.  
Body specifics: Hessor is very thin and sleek looking. He has long limbs and moves very gracefully. He has pale pale skin, and like his face it blends out down his arms, legs, and across his back with black scales.

Personality: Hessor is cocky, and smooth, and full of himself. He is an absolute sadist and loves to create pain, watch people in pain, and inflict as much pain as possible. He's cold and calculating, but can also smooth talk and be very very persuasive and convincing. There's really not much redeeming about his personality. He's very good at hiding emotions and it's nearly impossible for others to tell what he is thinking.
