Hiro-Matsu vs Iju'dalin
Referee Rose paces around the arena, she finally decides to sit down under the shadow of a tree while she waits for the contenders.
Iju came in, heading directly over towards Rose. "I'd like to have a battle in this arena. My companion will be arriving shortly."
Hiro-Matsu walks up beside Iju and Rose. "So is the arena free?"
"Yes it is" replied
Rose with a yawn. "Will you two be fighting?"
"Our blades shall cross and blood will spill, most surely!"
Iju replied, taking out his epee and waving it around. "Are thee ready for the clash, sirrah?"
"Indeed I am," responded
Hiro-Matsu with a bow to both his opponent and Rose
"If you're ready... " said
Rose standing in the middle of the room. "Start!!"
Battle has started!

Iju's turn! -
Iju, with his last battle in mind, thought he should take more care of his defenses, and started the fight by casting Haste on himself.
Iju casts haste!

Hiro-Matsu's turn! -
Hiro-Matsu draws his katana and charged at Iju
Iju jumped to the side, hoping his heigtened speed would give him an extra edge this fight.
With a swift move to the right, Iju dodged Hiro-Matsu's slash, positioning himself for a counterattack!

Quickly
Iju stabbed his Epee forward, hoping to hit Hiro-Matsu in his side.
Hiro-Matsu attempted to get his katana in way of Iju's attack
Hiro-Matsu quickly raises his Katana and meets the attack, bashing the tip of the epee away!
Hiro-Matsu's turn! -
Hiro-Matsu slashes back in return, aiming to split Iju from hip to shoulder
Iju didn't think being cut in two was such a great idea, so he took a step back to try and stay in one piece.
Iju calmly stepped backwards and dodged the strike without much trouble, even smirking at Hiro-matsu.

Having stepped back,
Iju stabbed his epee forward, hoping that with the wild slash, Hiro's defenses had dropped. He took into mind he should recast his Haste spell soon.
Hiro-Matsu brought his katana up to bat the epee away.
Hiro-Matsu tried to bash the epee away with his katana, but Iju was too fast for the Xiadomian, slashing through his chest and dealing 6 damage!
Hiro-Matsu's turn! -
Reeling back from the shock of cold steel on flesh,
Hiro-Matsu gritted his teeth against the pain and slashed back
Iju grinned and pulled back his epee, immediatly tumbling backwards as well to dodge the katana.
With a quick step back, Iju was easily able to avoid the incoming slash!
Iju'dalin's turn! -
Iju felt that his Haste spell had worn off, and casted it another time to keep his speed bonus.

Iju's speed is now 8/6!
Hiro-Matsu's turn! -
Hiro-Matsu kept up his offence, and stabbed viciously at Iju's heart
Atempting to dodge once more,
Iju dashed off to Hiro's side instead of his front, where that blade was chopping away.
With a single slash, Hiro-Matsu impales Iju's chest with his Katana dealing 11 damage! Iju cried out in pain before fainting.
Battle has ended!
Hiro-Matsu is the winner!
Hiro-Matsu got 175 XP!
Rose walked calmly towards Iju's body and checked if he was still alive. Then, she took half of Iju's money and gave it to Hiro-Matsu. "You can also take of his items." she added.
Breathing heavily,
Hiro-Matsu nudged the body with his foot. "He has nothing I want. Though he fought without honour, using foul magic. The crossbow will bring in some much needed gold coin," he said, taking the heavy crossbow. "Good day," he said, bowing to Rose in a goodbye before leaving the arena
As Hiro-Matsu left,
Rose walked towards Iju and cast a heal 4 spell on him, closing his wounds nad bringing him back to conciousness.
Iju opened his eyes and sat up. "That was strange, last thing I remember I was still jumping around, then *poof* everything was black."
He looked around, and noticed some money and his crossbow were missing. "Damn it! He defeated me didn't he? Man this sucks... I'll have to earn myself some money, I can't go on like this. Thanks for healing me, by the way."
Iju made a small bow for Rose and left the arena.
