Appearance: 5' 11", 180 lbs., Bright red eyes due to ocular albinism, Black hair down to his shoulders with white pointed tips near the ends. His skin is pale like ivory and he has a semi athletic build. While in human form he doesn't produce a shadow like normal humans and doesn't require food or water to live as long as he feeds on souls. He has a modified sub-dermal communication link that emits music only he can hear in order for the handlers to control him properly.

Special Features:

He is able to assume a featureless shadow form with glowing red eyes after astral projecting out of his human form. In this form there is always a chill and ominous feeling in the air around him. He is unable to take this form if music is playing around his physical form and has the inability to sing as that would disable his ability to project properly. In this form he can levitate off the ground as a spirit, but can't go higher then 10 Ft. off the ground. Physical attacks do not work on him while he is in his physical form and he is unable to physically communicate with people or make any sounds.

While he is in his human form he remains cold at all times and if one were to come into contact with his skin they would begin to feel a chill wash over them. The only time this doesn't happens is when he kisses somebody.

Abilities:

Wraith Form: He automatically sucks the soul out of any living being by means of a kiss. It takes him 4 seconds to complete this action. He can levitate 10 Ft. off the ground, but is unable to move forward or backward while levitating. He can blend into shadows on due to his shadow form. Physical attacks do not work on him while he is in this form, but his human body remains susceptible to any number of offensive capabilities.
Human Form: He automatically sucks the soul out of any living being by means of a kiss that last 4 seconds to complete the action. He can astral project into his Wraith form leaving his body in the hands of whoever is with him or just laying on the ground unconscious.

Personality Profile: Ian's a calm and semi happy person, but deep down inside he hates himself for not being able to get close to anyone for risk of sucking their soul out. When people talk about music or listen to music he gets upset and tries to find a quiet place to relax.

History: The handlers just happened to find him kissing another person and were shocked when that person died before they seized him and took him to the compound for further investigation. Since then they discovered that he can live off human souls or normal food to live. Also, that his weakness is music. Although, with Ian's ability to suck the souls out of their targets he became essential as a recruit.
