Joss flew up to his balcony and opened the window, stepping inside. He threw his books on the floor next to his night stand and picked up the little sparrow he'd been working on. He sat down on the bed, took out his pocket knife and begun adding more to the shavings on the floor.

Tom knocked hard on the door, having searched for a while and deciding that this was the next best place to look. "Joss!" he called out, hoping that the amish bat was in "Joss we need to talk."

Joss sighed and looked up from his bird. His room was a complete mess and there was a teacher outside... and he didn't care. He sat quietly, waiting to see if Mr. Burd would give up.

"Come on Joss, I can sense you're in here" Tom didn't need to check, he had learnt how to hear the silence of someone being quiet compared to the silence of no one being there. "Joss I want to talk to you..." he sighed, giving the boy an option to open the door but knowing that no matter what he'd eventually get through. The doors weren't water proof after all.

From the other side Tom heard the click of the lock on the door knob, but Joss didn't open it. He thought about flying out the window before Tom could catch him, but decided against it.

Tom sighed slightly and opened the door slowly, he knew that Joss wasn't going to do it himself. He moved into the room slowly, closing the door after him and leaning against it gently; he wasn't going to say anything right now, just wait to see if Joss reacted.

Joss said nothing, just added little wooden shavings to the litter on the floor.

"Joss, it's not exactly a secret that you've been behaving... differently lately" Tom said, not very good at this "adult" thing yet "I think it's about time we had a little talk about what's happening with you." He really really had no idea what to say, but he was giving it his best shot.

"I'm fine." Joss said, continuing to shave little pieces off his sparrow. This was delicate work in the best of moods and Joss wasn't being very delicate with it

"Joss, believe me when I say that I know what it's like to have a massive ball of emotions inside you and you can't tell anyone, but you also can't let it go. When it happened to me I pent it up so much it effected my powers, I couldn't control them and Del wound up dead" it was true, Tom didn't do it but he didn't help by distracting everyone while bots ate Del. "I'm not forcing you to say anything, but I'm just saying I know what it's like to have emotions build up inside you, and if you can talk to anyone about it, I'm here, and I will understand completely." Well... that was all he had really.

joss looked at Tom for a moment then finally said "I saw Morgan in Genocia." and went back to hacking at the bird.

That bird would wind up wingless soon, something that had way too much foreshadowing for Mr Burd right now. Still he kept his voice calm and collected as he spoke "Are you sure it was her?" There was a chance, and he wanted to make sure... it would also help him gauge Joss' responce.

"Name another mutant with purple hair who has wings on her feet." Joss said darkly, the bird became smaller and smaller as he whitteled.

"Just making sure" Tom kept his eye on the knife, if the boy made the wrong twitch one of them would be leaving here with a wound. He just kept an eye on him because Tom was able to reseal himself by turning into water. "Why do you think she ran away when she saw us?" he asked, trying to be tactful and probably failing miserably.

"Saw me." Joss said, shaving close enough to the bird and his forefinger that he almost shaved the fur off that finger. "She looked like she thought I was a haint or something, then she was gone."

Tom guessed the meaning of that word, but continued on as if he knew it completely "But why do you think she ran?" He probably should take that knife away from him soon... maybe check him for cuts as well, and not just on his fingers "I mean... either she escaped from Genosha... saw us and ran. Or she would have been following us, saw you and ran. It's unlikely we'd just run into her by accident. So why? Why would she run, when we're either a chance of rescue or someone she's been following?"

"I've asked myself these things." Joss said. He knew exactly when it started, when her father came to get her, but they'd promised they wouldn't talk about that ... to any one. Three men in a burning apartment building and they'd ran, didn't call the constables ... just ran and let them burn. Joss woke up some nights smelling the scent of burning flesh.

There was something this kid wasn't saying, but there was always something they wouldn't say. "I'm not going to pressure you into telling me anything but... like I said... there's only so much you can keep bottled up for so long" he was trying to make some kind of connection with the kid. Still, he refused to move from his room.

"What do you suggest then?" Joss asked, he'd seemed to calm down a bit, now trying to mend the damage he;d done to the sparrow.

"I tried blowing off steam in the danger room" Tom said, thinking through everything that had happened to him "Didn't help much... but it let me vent anger at least. It finally stopped for me when I actually had the memories blocked by Professor Xavier... but it doesn't solve it, only pauses the problem. I found it better when... well I talked to someone. Eventually I just had to tell someone..."

"May I use the danger room alone?" Joss asked, knowing very well he wasn't going to talk and there was a rule against using the danger room when there wasn't a teacher present.

Tom tapped his foot and shook his head "No, I'd be there with you at all times... but just me. I promise... no one else would be there." He sighed slightly, it was the best he could give the kid apparently "I don't interrupt, whatever you'd do I've done worse believe me..."

"I'll think about it." Joss said replacing the sparrows eyes.

Tom sighed softly and shook his head "Alright... but remember, if you want to talk..." He waved his hand about dismissivley, Joss knew the rest "It might take ten years, but I'll be here if you need me." He opened the door slowly, pausing and watching Joss as he whitled; he was no good with troubled kids, even when he was one himself.

Joss continued to whittle and nodded passively at Tom as he left.

Nodding slightly, Tom left Joss alone in his room. He didn't really now how to handle this... but he would give it his best shot. Hell, maybe some danger room sessions would do the kid good.

Joss looked down at the little figure in his hands and pursed his lips together. It was Morgan... they all looked like Morgan. They lined his window and desk, some taller than others, some finished to the tiniest little detail. He gripped the wooden figure and his shoulder tensed to throw it. He reached back to let it fly. A little outburst might just make him feel better... but he didn't. He lowered his arm and sat the wooden Morgan on the bed next to him. She'd shown him so many wonderful things. Fallen in love with him... What was so awful that she couldn't stay?

There was a soft knock on Joss' door Moth and Mort stood outside. She was fidgeting, nervous that she was about to apologize for dusting Joss. even now there were little particles of dust falling off her wings.

"Calm down a little" Mort said from beside her, noticing how she was spreading dust like a faulty hoover "I'm here, ok? And its only Joss, I'm sure he can't stay mad at you for long."

"Go away." Joss said from inside his room. He was in no mood to deal with anyone right now.

"That's it, let's go." Moth said quickly, gripping her books tightly as she started to step atound Mort.

Mort reached out and grasped her firmly by the arm; maybe a little harder than normal, but then again he couldn't exactly feel it. "Come on Joss, don't be an ass. She came to say sorry for earlier" he called through the door; he knew there was something wrong, but he just didn't know exactly how bad.

"She said it." Joss said through the door. "Your forgiven, go away."

"There, all better." Moth said, pulling againgst Mort's arm.

Mort didn't let go, but he raised one hand to indicate to Moth to wait a moment. He wasn't happy with this. "Come on Joss, to her face at least?" he called through the door "She's scared to death of you."

Joss rolled his eyes. "Fine." He said and they could hear him coming to the door. "But she stays outside." He opened the door and stood there, seeing Moth trying to get away from Mort.

"Um..." Moth looked at Joss and back to Mort. Scared to death might just be a natural responce. After all, she was basically amoth and he was a bat.

"Come on" Mort said softly to Moth "You can do this." He carefully let go of her arm. She could do this, it was just an apology. She couldn't give into her fear.

"I'm..." Moth was still shaking, sprinkling dust about her feet. "I'm really sorry about earlier. I didn't mean to... dust you..."

"It's ok." Joss said, his tone easing a bit. "I know you didn't mean it. Just... be more careful next time ok?"

"There. Are we good?" Mort raised his arms, as if he was delegating some kind of board meeting "Everyone ok now? Are you ok?" He looked at Joss meaningfully; he was worrying Mort slightly.

"I'm good." Joss told him. "Now, if you don't mind." The usually mild mannered young Amish boy suddenly closed the door in their faces.

"That went better than expected." Moth said with a mild smile.

"I suppose..." Mort said... Joss was still being kinda rude really. "If you wanna talk..!" he called through the door, the words trailing off in his mouth... he was sure Joss could find someone. He turned to Moth and have a small shrug "Well... alright then."

"Thank you Mort." Moth told him as they started down the hall to leave. "I'm glad you came with me.

"Anything I could do to help" Mort said, patting Moth gently on a dusty shoulder as he followed her down the hall "Now what should we do Moth?"

"Oh I don't know." Moth said. "I've been studying too much to learn what there is for fun around here."

"Well... there's music around here, video games..." mort said as they walked away "Depends what you like really. What do you usually do for fun?"

"Um... study." Moth said quietly.

Mort was silent for while before saying "Yeah, we're sticking you with something fun to do. Come on, there's gotta be something around here." He lead her away, he was the skeleton but she was the one who needed a life.

In the recent five weeks since the incident on Genocia, Joss hadn't done much socializing at all. Mr. Burd had tried to get him to relax a little by releasing some steam in the danger room, but Joss has ignored the urge. Day after day he only emerged for classes. He wasn't even eating like he should. He required an abundance of natural sugars and not eating fruit like he should, he was sluggish and temperamental. He spent all of his free time whittling. The floor was covered in tiny spirals of wood and half crushed figurines of Morgan.

In the corner of his eye, Joss could see something swish by his window. It could have been a bird or his imagination... or something else. With his keen hearing, he could pick up the creaks of weight as the building's siding was being pressed against.

Joss looked up from the little figure he was carving. The thing was gone by the time he lifted his eyes, but he could hear the sound of sole-bare sneakers on brick.

The figure stayed out of sight, but he could hear it's heartrate, beating at triple the normal speed. "The fuck are you waiting for..." he heard it whisper in a familiar voice.

Joss stood up from the bed and went to the window and threw it open. That voice was unmistakeable as Morgan's. He looked outside, expecting to find her.
"Still widdling?" she asked, now standing in the center of the room, looking at a broken figurine in her hand. "Looks like you lost your touch a bit, bat. This looks nothing like me." In fact, she was right. Morgan's hair had lengthened nearly double in length, but that wasn't all... her skin was pale and clammy. She also had dark circles around her eyes and chapped lips. Her clothes were baggy and a bit gungy.

Joss wheeled around, scowling. "What are you doing here?" He snapped. he wanted to snatch that broken figure out of her hand and throw it against the wall, but he knew she was too fast to let him do that. "You look aweful."

"Well gee, I missed you too." Morgan's eyes tensed, a bit offended. She set the broken figure back on the table, but it fell over from her shaky hands.

"Don't." Joss said darkly. "Don't you dare try to come back here and act like nothing happened. I saw you in Genocia. You could have helped with those people came after us, but no... You ran away." He sad down on the bed with his back to her. Joss had been innocent before that day. Now he knew what it was like to see the lights die out of a person's eyes and be the cause of that. His broken heart wasn't the only thing he blamed Morgan for.
"I don't think you know what you saw." she said, a faint hint of remorse, but nothing more. A hand reached up and scratched at her other forearm. He could hear that her heart was sped up more than usual. It was a shame... she was already coming down and it had only been a few minutes. "What do you want me to say?!" she asked loudly, as if suddenly angered.

"Why you left for a start!" Joss shouted, turning towards her again. "We both know what happened, but no one else does. We kept that secret. If someone knew we'd have been questioned by now. We were safe here. Why did you leave?"

"Didn't like this place anymore." she replied, still scratching an itch that won't subside. Her arms were sleeved, so whatever rash she may have was hidden. "I don't like being here as it is now. People always listening in....mind control." Morgan sounded a bit paranoid.

"No one was controlling you." Joss told her with a sigh. Everyone knew that in her past Mis. Frost was known to listen in on occasion, but being married to Mr. Summers had helped her to turn over a new leaf. "Your being paranoid."

"Paranoid?! You aren't paranoid enough. I've been all over the world, Joss....I've seen things. Things the government doesn't want you to know. They are all against us... ESPECIALLY US." she went on, finally ceasing her itching.

"What are you doing here Morgan?" Joss asked. "You've made it obvious that you don;t want to be here. Why would you come back?"
"I've missed you actually." she began, her fingers twitching and flexing at her sides. Morgan vanished and was behind him suddenly. On her tip toes, she pressed her chest against his back and he felt her hands take ahold of the sensitive skin on his ears. "Did you miss me?" she asked, rolling her thumb in a clockwise motion.

Joss stood up from the bed, removing hiself from her immediate company. "Don't." He growled at her in a tone more harsh than he had ever used with her before. "Just... don't."

"What's wrong with you, Joss?" Morgan asked, sitting at the edge of the bed. Her legs were bouncing against the floor, growing impatient of staying in one spot like this.

"You!" Joss said angrily. "Coming back like this, expecting me to fall into your arms after what you've done. And what's wrong with you?" He asked. "You look as if your on something." true he wasn't very versed in the world, but he had seen television, he was sure he had a vague understanding of what a drug addict looked like.
She leaned back on her hands, resting her chin on her right shoulder. "I haven't slept..." she thought for a moment at exactly how long it had been, "...Since last Wednesday. Haven't exactly had the time to."

"I can hear lies." Joss told her. "You should know that." Though he didn't hear one at the moment. She really hadn't slept since then. "What is wrong with you." He asked. "And tell me the truth."

"Been too busy." she admitted, "I don't feel tired anymore. At least not as often."

That didn't sound completely truthful to Joss, but he could sense her speaking in half truths. "Why." He said darkly. "Tell me Morgan."
"Because I've found a way to become faster than ever before." she began, "And I require little time to rest. It's amazing."

"Morgan..." Joss said angrily. "Tell me or get out. Now."

Morgan wanted to just consider this a loss and run, but dammit she needed him. "Amphetamines." she said simply. "It amps my heartbeat up and I can be faster and feel great."

He was right, she was on drugs. He sat down in his desk chair and covered his eyes with his hand. Having only two real fingers didn't let him cover much. "Morgan... it's a wonder your heart hasn't exploded yet...."

Her sped up healing may have something to do with that. The drug went through her body faster than a normal person's would. Unfortunately, that meant Morgan had to constantly take more hits and keep herself drugged up more frequently. She had taken some before entering Joss's room and was already itching to take more. "Don't be ridiculous."

"What do you want from me?" Joss asked. "If you've come looking for money your in the wrong place."
"Joss, why are you so mean?" she asked. "This isn't how I would have expected you to treat me after all these months." she said, her brows tense. "Did you pick up a girlfriend already?"

"Don't be vulgar." Joss growled at her. He would have gotten up to pace if not for the clothes and debris all over the floor. "You strung me along, got me to help you kill your father and you vanish! Not only that, but you ran out on us when we needed you in Genocia! If I'm mean it's because of what you've done."

"I wanted you to come with me and you know it. This place isn't for me. I don't regret leaving either, especially now that I see what you've turned into.""

"What I've become?!" Joss roared, rising from his chair with a snap. "Anything I've become was crafted by you!" It was a good thing that his room was sound proof due to his sensitive ears, because he was shouting. "You did this to me! I was a good boy! And before you start speaking about how I've changed, look at yourself first."
"Yea, I have changed. But I'm not being an asshole and shouting." she said. There was no way he was going to come with her. No way. "Forget it, I can see you are a lost cause."

"I'm a lost cause? Joss asked. "For what? You never told me what you wanted."
"Wanted you to come with me for a while. I miss you. We could catch up." Morgan said ...along with other things.

"Ii seriously doubt I could catch up with you." Josh snarled. He wasn't exactly a wordsmith, but he had made a play on her words. "I'd have to do a cart full of what your on to even get a decent start."
"Oh? You wanted to try some?" Morgan asked, obviously entrigued that he was interested. At least in her state of mind it seemed that way. "That's not a problem. I can show you how."

"If you've nothing better to do than make tasteless jokes you can leave." Joss told her, turning sideways in his chair. He was attempting to turn his back on her, rather unsuccessfully.
"Hey- I didn't want to be rude." she explained with a roll of her shoulder. "So you want nothin' to do with me, do you?"

"Not as you are no." Joss said looking at her disheveled appearance. "Your look a week over due for a bath, your shaking so much your about to pass right through the floor and your heartbeat sounds more like a hum than an actual beat. You need help Morgan."
"I do. But not from this place." she said. Morgan ignored what Joss said about her appearance, but she did indeed need Joss' help.

"I didn't say from here." Joss said. "But where else can you get help that won;t turn away a mutant?"

"That's exactly my point on why this place sucks. They say this place is a haven for mutants, but it just segregates us. What's going to happen once we graduate? We aren't accepted out there and we never will be! Staying here only increases the problem though." she argued. "Hiding here in one place isn't a good idea, they'll know where to come with pitchforks."

"And look at what's happened to you out there." Joss told her. "Not even gone six months and your already hopped up on drugs and Lord knows what else."
Morgan was starting to get a bit testy, as seen in her finger twitches and head twitches. "Listen- I came here for your help, now am I going to get it or not?"

"If you want to get off that junk yes, I'll help you." Joss told her. "But that's all."
"Come with me for a while." she said quickly. "You obviously don't like being here... otherwise why aren't you downstairs at the party?"

"I don't like people so much right now." Joss told her. "My last friend ran out on me when I needed her..."
Morgan turned her head and exhaled roughly. Dammit, she needed a hit. "Listen- I'm sorry about that. I had to leave. I couldn't sit between these walls anymore. I wanted you to come with me, you know that."

"How could I leave when every time I sneezed I blew down a building?" Joss asked her. "I'm dangerous Morgan."
Which is exactly why she needed him. "That's perfect! Don't you see!? You can defend yourself out there if need be. You don't need this damn building to protect you from those people out there!" Morgan said, pointing out the window. "Come with me?" she asked again. "If only for a while- I can bring you back in a second if you ask."

"Morgan..." Joss dropped his head into his hands. She didn't understand. These walls didn't protect him. They protected the people on the outside.

Her eyelid twitched but she said nothing. Morgan stood there waiting for his answer. Unfortunately, the drug seemed to numb her feeling of remorse about how she left him months ago.

Joss didn't know what to say or do. He wanted nothing to do with her but seeing her... strung out as they called it, made him feel sorry for her. She needed help, but what position was he in to offer anyone help?

"So what's your choice?" she asked finally, losing patience.

"Are you going to stop the drugs?" Joss asked.
Her stomach churned, "I need to take care of some things first." she said, the thought of quitting was a foreign one.

"Then come get me when your done." Joss told her, sitting back down in the desk chair. "Because I'll have not to do with you till your clean."

Talking. Clearly talking going on behind this door. But Mort only hesitated for a second before knocking hard on the wood in front of him. He spoke up, making sure that Joss... and anyone else inside this room... would hear him as he said "Hey Joss? Parties starting man, why not come down for a change?" who was in here with him? sounded female... but who was missing from downstairs who was a girl?

Morgan let out a small gasp and turned toward the door. Had he heard her? Shit- The last thing she wanted was the x-brigade knowing she was still relevant. She looked at Joss sharply.

"Go away Mort." Joss called, holding Morgan's eyes with his. "I'm trying to watch tv..." He couldn't recall the last time Mort had been in his room but anyone should know that Joss didn't particularly care for television. He watched the news from time to time, but he wasn't the kind of boy to sit up and watch sitcoms all the time. He didn't even have a television in his room.

"You're Amish. You spend your time whittling. You don't even have a TV" Mort said, his voice slightly testy "But fine. I'm not going to ask who that is, I just want you to know that there's something happy going on downstairs. You might even smile." He took a step back from the door; he could guess, from the tone of voice, that whatever was happening wasn't romantic. joss was getting angry again.

Morgan stayed quiet and glared through the door where Mort was standing. She could easily take care of him if need be.

Joss didn't say anything, but he heard Mort take a step back. He waited for mort to leave the hall all together but when it seemed like that wouldn't happen he repeated, "Go away Mort..."

"I hope she's worth it" Mort said flatly, turning away and walking off down the hall. He paused when he got to the stairs though, and concentrated. He might be able to listen in anyway. He reached up and gingerly started to pull off his own spine; he had to do this slowly, or the bat boy might hear.

Had Joss' room not been sound proof he would have heard Mort doing whatever it is he was doing.

Morgan was growing impatient, a hand move to her hip, "So that's it? You want nothing to do with me?"

"Are you going to stop taking whatever it is your taking?" Joss asked.
Morgan was starting to get really aggravated. "Christ Joss! Will you get off your high horse already and come with me?!"

"You know I don't like to hear the Lord's name in vain Morgan..." JOss said quietly. She certainly wasn't helping her case at all.
"Come on! We don't have much time!" Morgan ran to his side and grabbed his arm, pulling him towards the window. "Pack your things!"

Joss jerked his arm away from her. "Morgan!" He growled. He loved her... well, he thought he loved her, but he couldn't stand seeing her like this. If he stayed, she'd do what she wanted and be dead inside a month, if he went with her he might be able to get her off that junk.

"WHAT?!" she asked loudly, her fingers out with her joints locked. "This is taking too long!"

"This is your problem Morgan." Joss told her. "I'm not like you. I don't do things at high speed." He was Amish for crying out loud.
Mort being outside was making her paranoid. Whether he was still there or not, something needed to be done now. Joss wanted to think it over, fine- but she wasn't going to wait around here. "So let me help you." The next thing Joss knew, there was a pressure against his mouth and a severely dizzy. Morgan was standing behind him with a cloth held on his face, soaked in chloroform. "We'll talk later."

Morgan should have known better. Joss had not only three individual lungs, but two sets of nostrils. As soon as he felt her behind him and scented the acrid scent of whatever this was, he began breathing through the nostrils in his forehead. He grabbed her arms and pivoted his hip into her sharply, flipping her over his head and onto the bed. He was a bit dizzy, but not enough to pass out like she may have wanted. "What is wrong with you!?"
She had completely forgotten about that part of his anatomy....fuck! Rolling over, she shouted, "I NEED YOU! Pack your shit and LETS GO! Don't make me make threats, Joss..." she said with a cold voice, as if raging with bloodlust.

"Why!?" Joss roared. With his unique powers she could feel the bed vibrating under her. "Why do you need me so badly? I'm not stepping one foot out of this building unless you tell me what is going on!"

This was bad. Mort was standing the other end of the corridor, one arm holding a leg, stretched full, which was attached to another arm, which hand a hand around the spine, which got his head just within range of the door. He could hear everything... and he wasn't liking what he was hearing. He needed to put himself back together quickly.

"I'm not saying anything while I'm here!" she argued. "It's too risky, Joss!" Her eyes glanced down at the cloth of chloroform at his feet.

"Sound proof room Morgan." Joss told her. "Talk."
"I need you to help me get something!" she shouted. "I can't do it without you!"

"What is it?" Joss asked. He'd calmed down a bit and the bed had stopped vibrating.

"I can't can't can not can't can't can't." she shook her head quickly.

"Morgan..." Joss knelt by the bed. "I see that you need me, but unless you promise to get off this junk, I will not help you."
"Fine." she said sharply, crossing her arms. Her knees were trembling now. Her metabolism was so fast, she was already going through a small withdrawal.

"Like you mean it..." Joss told her. She'd said "fine" so fast that he couldn't tell if she was lieing or not.

Morgan pouted and crossed her arms, looking away from him. He was such a dick. "Fiiiiine." she said more slowly this time.

Joss looked at her, listening to her heartbeat. It sounded slower, but that could mean anything. He looked at her closely. She was fidgeting, looked frightened and despite how utterly angery he was at her, he couldn't leave her strung out like this. After all the school wasn;t offering him much in the way of... well... anything. Finally he said, "Alright."
She smirked and repeated him. "Alright." Her eyes glanced to his dresser, "Pack your shit."

"Watch your language." Joss said moving away to grab his backpack. "You know I don;t like it when you curse."

Mort had been pressed close to the door as much as possible without touching it, trying to listen in on the conversation on the other side. alright, he was snooping, but he wanted to figure out... well, just what the hell was going on with Joss.

"Mmhm." Morgan shrugged her head to the side. She was getting antsy from staying in this spot for so long. Her leg wouldnt stop twitching.

Joss stuffed some clothes into his backpack and his whittling supplies, a photograph of his parents and a few other things that he couldn't live without should he never come back. To Morgan's chagrin, he did this at his usual slow pace. He honestly couldn;t believe what he was doing.
She chuckled ot herself, somewhat unbelieving he agreed to come with. "Easy, I can't carry you with too much stuff."

"Your not carrying me everywhere." Joss told her. "I can fly remember."

"You're joking... it's going to take you days! I'm not waiting that long." she warned with a cold tone.

"Morgan..." Joss slung his backpack over his shoulders and looked at her. "If you insist on bossing me around all the time I'll simply stay here. if you expect me to come with you you need to get a few things straight."

"Oh? And what's that?" she asked, leaning one hand on her hip.
Perhaps if Morgan had been a little more mistrusting of Joss, he might not have caught her off guard. He caught her jaw with his fist and put half as much force behind it as he could.

Morgan was completely caught off guard. Her head jerked to the side and she stumbled back, falling against a dresser. Although the jab had hit her jaw, Morgan's nasal cavities were too sensitive and broke from the force. Blood gushed out like a faucet. "Fuck!" she cussed, feeling her cheek.

Though Joss had only two fingers and one thumb compared to most people, his grip was amazingly tight. He snatched her by the throat and knelt down, jerking her forward as he did. "I am not your stepping stool Morgan." He growled at her. "If I'm going with you some things are going to change between us... starting now."

Morgan coughed and grit her teeth, staring at Joss as best she could from his position. Her lips curled into a smirk. "Seems you-" she grunted, "-finally...grew a pair."

"I think it's time I made a point." Joss whispered and pulled Morgan onto her feet. Next thing she knew he'd bent her over the foot board of his bed with his hand on her neck, holding her down against the mattress. She should have wore jeans because her thin leggings left no protection for what he had in mind. She'd been his woman and abandoned him, in his mind she needed to be taught a lesson.
"Hurk!" Morgan grunted as she was tossed like a doll. The jerk made her immediately dizzy. She tried to get away, pushing against his firm grip. What was going on? Her body wasn't moving as fast as it usually could. Shit- she needed a hit. Morgan was crashing and her body was weak, especially from lack of nutrition and sleep. "Fuck off!" she shouted, trying to resist. Her arms swung back and her foot jerked up, trying to knock the bat away. Blood was staining his bedsheets from her nosebleed.

"Watch your language." Joss growled and before she could fight much more, he was inside her, pinning her to the foot board with his body. He wasn't so much teaching her a lesson as getting back at her for the last two months of anguish he'd suffered at her absence. This formerly sweet young man had turned cold and jaded due to her treatment and this was the best way he could think to repay her. Rutting into her body with short sharp thrusts. He was taking what he wanted. Making her feel as helpless as he had that moment he watched her run away in Genocia.

Morgan let out a pained scream against the blood stained mattress. Her body was shaking, trying to vibrate her molecules through him to escape, but it was no use. She was far too weak to do that. Joss was...violating her, quite forcefully. Morgan never EVER would have suspected something like this to happen. "S-stop it!" she cried through blood and tears. Her thighs and backside were dappled with needle bruises.

Joss only groaned when she tried escaping using her powers. It gave him more insensitive to punish her for trying to escape him. He bucked into her, trying to show her that as the man in their relationship he was the one in charge, not her. She might leave him for good after this, but she would no he wouldn;t take any of her bullying any longer.
"Stop..." she muttered again. That last vibration really took it out of her even more so now. "Please-" she added, her legs and hands shaking.

Please... Had she cared what he wanted when she ran away? She could have helped them, they could have saved more children. No, she ran away, doing what she wanted to do. Well Joss was doing what he wanted to do. Taking what he wanted, what he in his 19th century mentality thought rightfully belonged to him. His shaft suddenly swelled inside of her, threatening to release and ruin her completely. but would he be done with her when that happened?
Morgan was wishing she would pass out from shock of exhaustion. Either one would be better than living through something like this. She had destroyed his trust in her and was planning on taking advantage of his mutation for her own goals later on...perhaps she deserved this hatred thrusting violently into her. Had she done this to the innocent Amish lad? Was she truly that much of a monster. Morgan's fists gripped tightly onto the blood sheets as she sobbed, just wanting this to be done.

It would end, but not until a hot thick wad of frustration passed from his body into her's. He pulled her back against him, wrapping his webbed arm around her throat so she could feel his hot breath against he ear as he jerked into her, expiring his hatred into her body as he exhausted his revenge into her. He was done, finally, but he didn't let her go just yet. "Have we learned our lesson Morgan?" He asked, breathing heavily into her ear. "About using people we're supposed to love?"
Morgan was too breathless from sobbing to reply right now. Her shoulders were quivering and she was extremely weak, almost faint. It had all happened so fast and now he had just... taken her like this. Morgan didn't know what to think...

She felt his grip tighten around her throat. "Do we understand each other now?" He whispered dangerously, pulling her against him again, sending that still hard thing deeper inside her, almost painfully. He owned her now, only if she could see that also. Perhaps he should have taken Tom's advice and extinguished some of this anger in the danger room. Had he, he may never have attacked Morgan like this.

Morgan coughed when he held back against her throat. As he forced himself deeper, she shouted, "YES!" to his question. Morgan's nose was still bleeding quite badly, getting the top of Joss' arm a bit wet as it streamed down her neck. Her kneecaps were shaking and barely able to stand up. He was supporting most of her.

"Good." Joss told her and sharply shoved her forward, back onto the bed, pushing her off of him. He stepped back from the bed and one final bead of white dripped from him before he put himself away. "I hope I've made myself clear Morgan." He told her, putting his backpack back on both shoulders. "Though I wouldn't mind repeating myself if your still unclear on the
subject..."
"No. You've made your point clear." she said, holding her sleeve up to her bleeding nose as she straightened up slowly. Morgan wouldn't forget what he had just done to her, but was she really in the right to fight back? Either way, she needed to perk up and snap out of it. She headed to the bathroom in Joss's room.

"Keep the door open." Joss told her. His tone was authoritative. He obviously didn;t want her sneaking away to take any more of that junk.

Morgan grit her teeth and walked into the bathroom, immediately running the water. She used her foot and kicked the door, slamming it shut. Fuck him! She grabbed the towel and wetened it, cleaning off her face.

A moment later the door splintered and shattered into a million pieces and not a single sound was made. She could see Joss scowling on the other side. She may have come thinking she could push him around and make him do what she wanted... but it was apparent that wasn't going to happen any more.
"I'D LIKE TO TAKE A LEAK WITHOUT YOU GAWKING IF YOU DON'T MIND!" she shouted, brushing off the wood splinters from her sleeves.

"I'm not leaving you to take that junk you've been taking." Joss told her. "Do your business. You'll have what privacy you deserve." And he turned to the side, crossing his arms, looking at the window.

Morgan scowled and cupped some water into her mouth, drinking it. She proceeded to squat on the toilet and do her thing. At this point, she didn't care if Joss heard his mess glob out into the bowl of water. In fact, she encouraged it and started to urinate. As quickly as she could, her hand slid into her sweatshirt pocket and grabbed a small capsule. In under a second, she had opened it, popped three small round pills into her mouth, swallowed hard and hid the capsule again.

Joss would have to keep a loser eye on her, but he could have swore he saw a flinch of movement out of the corner of his eye. Having no proof of course he had no recourse to do anything. He'd go through her things eventually though, take all her drugs and dispose of them somehow.

Morgan cleaned up before exiting the bathroom. She didn't bother flushing, leaving him with a nice gift for raping her like that. She would have to law low until the drugs kicked in.

"Ready?" Joss asked. He'd opened the window and was waiting for her. He didn't care what gifts she left behind for him in the bathroom.

She walked past him without giving a glance. Morgan leapt out and ran down the side of the building, then onto the grounds. Did she seriously have to wait for him?

just as the thought ran through her mind, the ground was removed from beneath her feet and they went sauring into the sky. There was no way he could keep up with her, but he could take them at his speed by flight.

About the time that Joss was exiting the window he heard a knocking on the door. It had gotten very active for a little while, then... Mort could swear he heard something breaking. He'd been a little nervous about knocking, but eventually had decided that it was worth Joss' rage. something was going on in this room.
