Ke'rehl entered the arena, and shielded his eyes from the scorching rays. He muttered a few chosen words under his breath to the sun, and moved to the middle of the arena. Finding Nickademus, Ke'rehl noddded his head to show respect. He then drew his sword, and began to warm up for the upcoming fight.

Uthgar entered not far behind Ke'rehl and nodded to both his opponent and the referee. "What is your plan? A three-way battle, or a two-on-one?" he asked Ke'rehl while he stretched to get his body ready for the fight.

Ke'rehl sized him up and said, "I think a two-on-one would be the only way for you to beat me. Also, since I am alone I would like the first move, it is only fair." Ke'rehl smiled throughout his speech, and was getting tired of waiting for Spire Priestess. Ke'rehl sat down and crossed his legs, focusing his thoughts on the battle ahead. He awaited the infidel's response.

Ometla walked into the arena to find the men warming up for the upcoming fight. At this time she took out her whip and cracked it on the ground to announce her arrival, then she noticed Nickademus and nodded a greeting to him."So how are we going to do this then, a two-on-one was your idea correct?" she said to the Dah'kin.

Ke'rehl sighed and glared at her saying, "Yes, it will be you and him against me. I asked to initiate the fight I deemed it fair under the circumstances." He stood ready for the fight, he wanted to shed blood, and a slow smile grew on his face.

Uthgar nodded. "I have no qualms with you making the first move." He pulled his axe from the loop at his belt. "I do not believe it will help you."

Nickademus sighed as he approached the center of the Arena, Ke'rehl did not quite know what he was getting into, since, if the priestess took to the skies, he'd have no way of harming her, what's more, his Dah'kin eyes would be blinded and burned by the sun whenever he tried to look up to determine her position. However, his role was that of a referee and not an advisor, so he simply waited for the warriors and then yelled out, "START!" once they were in position.

Battle has started!

Ke'rehl (I10)
Uthgar (J11)

Ke'rehl's turn! -

Wasting no time Ke'rehl charged his enemy bringing his sword down in a massive arch, aiming for Uthgar's right shoulder.

Uthgar let out a laugh of excitement as the battle got underway. Seeing that Ke'rehl was making a move, he attempted to block the incoming attack with his battleaxe.

Unfortunately for Uthgar, his axe was not exactly deigned for blocking as much as chopping off limbs, Ke'rehl's sword glanced off the side of the axe and then continued downwards onto his shoulder, dealing 2 damage!

Uthgar's turn! -

Shouting out as the blade sliced into his shoulder, Uthgar raised his battleaxe up with both arms and aimed to cleave into Ke'rehl's head. As the axe came down, Uthgar began to bellow out an old battle song.

With the sight of blood Ke'rehl's body burned with anticipation and excitement. Ke'rehl brought his shield up with a laugh and added some force behind the block, hopin to throw the warrior off balance with the impact.

With a mighty bash, Uthgar pushed through Ke'rehl'shield, cracking it. The head of the axe poked through the other side of the shield as it was pushed against Ke'rehl, making a large gash in his chest which almost reached his lung, and dealign 6 damage!

Ke'rehl's turn! -

Astonished by the force of the blow, Ke'rehl glared at the creature. Focusing his thoughts, Ke'rehl glared at Uthgar. Picturing thoughts of pain and suffering, Ke'rehl pushed the thoughts towards Uthgar's mind. (Cause Fear)

Uthgar felt the thoughts being forced at him and tried to wave them off by singing the battle song louder.

Halfway through his song, Uthgar's voice broke, suddenly the warrior felt silent and started thinking what would happen should he lose and got killed by this Dah'kin? As images of Ke'rehl plunging his sword into Uthgar's chest rolled around in the warrior's mind, he decided to pull back and stop his attacks, favoring defense instead!

Uthgar's turn! (Fear!, can't attack Ke'rehl)-

Uthgar trembled as he faced the dah'kin, and decided to make a move backwards, stepping away from his opponent while he decided his next move, awaiting the attack any moment.

Ke'rehl's turn! -

Taking every available moment, Ke'rehl charged Uthgar and moved to stab his sword through the chest of the mighty warrior.

Crying out in his low voice, the warrior Uthgar attempted to block the attack with his battleaxe, trying to bash the sword to the side.

Liftings his axe and bashing Ke'rehl's sword with the back of it, Uthgar managed to deflect the incoming blow!

Uthgar's turn! (Fear!, can't attack Ke'rehl) -

Uthgar moved away from Ke'rehl again, still afraid of the opponent despite blocking his attack.

Ke'rehl's turn! -

Infuriated by the precise defense of his opponent, Ke'rehl spun and brought his sword to the midsection of Uthgar.

Beads of sweat broke out on Uthgar's forehead as he tried to keep up the defense, hoping his luck and skill would hold out. Trying to judge the attack right, he moved to block the sword with his battleaxe.

This time, with the fear quikly leaving his heart, Uthgar defended aggressively, stricking the blade with the back of his axe and making Ke'rehl loose his balance. As the Dah'kin stumbled clumsily to the side, Uthgar attacked!

Uthgar's turn! -

His courage returning, Uthgar grinned. He could feel red anger building up in him as he brought his battleaxe back. With a strong guttural shout, the warrior swung the blade at Ke'rehl's midriff.

The luck of his opponent starting to enrage Ke'rehl, he regained his balance and saw the incoming attack. He stuck out his blade, in attempt to block.

The axe felt like a battering ram stricking Ke'rehl's blade, fortunately, he managed to block the attack, but Ke'rehl was thrown stumbling back before he could attack

Ke'rehl's turn! -

Throwing some skill behind his swordplay, Ke'rehl hoped to use his skill with the blade against his opponent. After he recovered from the block, Ke'rehl lunged forward. First showing to aim for the midsection of his opponent, the tilting the sword up and aiming for Uthgar's neck region.

Uthgar laughed aloud as the fight came back to him. "This is more like it!" he exclaimed with excitement in his deep voice. Raising his battleaxe again, he tried to use the flat of its head to block the incoming sword attack.

Uthgar raised his axe and bashed Ke'rehl's blade, however, the lunge was too strong to be completely deflected, instead of piercing his neck, the blade sturkc Uthgar right between the eyes, poking out of the back of his skull and impaling his brain. Having taken 20 damage, Uthgar died immediately as he stood!

"You just had to kill'im didn't ya?" said Nickademus disgruntled as he approached Uthgar's lifeless body. He took half of Uthgar's money and handed it to Ke'rehl. "You can also take one of his items." he said pointing towards the fallen warrior.

Ke'rehl smiled as he tore off some of Uthgar's clothing and cleaned his blade. "Your axe was swift and your body strong, may you find peace now that your alone." he said to the body. Picking up the doll Ke'rehl found on Uthgar's body, he nodded to Nickademus and left. He went to search for someone.

"T'seems this is gonna take more than just a potion..." sighed Nickademus as he flung Uthgar's body over his shoulder, and then marched out towards the colosseum.
